Outstanding Service!

Having booked with Jessica to have a recently purchased hot tub moved at short notice, Simon & Stephen were super-efficient and professional throughout the move. Simon explained all aspects of the process & everything went smoothly.

Installation went even better on arrival at it's new home, thanks! We were even given a beginners lesson in use and care of the hot tub, despite it not having been purchased from Hydropool Cheltenham!

Simon and the team were nothing short of excellent. We had a hot tub installed just before Xmas and they had several challenges getting it into our property but overcome it with some ingenuity and creativity!
We had an issue with the hot tub initially but Simon was back out the following day and resolved the fault.

From enquiry to installation, superb. Serenity 5900 is a thing of beauty and we are so happy with our purchase. Simon and the team were fantastic on the day of install, negotiating narrow access without damage. A site visit prior to purchase to workout access avoiding expensive crane option was a great touch and appreciated. Without doubt, the team at Hydropool will serve you well. The diagnosis visit was very professionally managed from my initial call through to completion of the visit. Steven, who came was very courteous and professional and successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Steven came to explain and show us how to empty the hydro pool hot tub. He was very thorough and had lots of advise on both emptying and running the hot tub. Again first class service from a good local company

Hydropool have been servicing my hot tub since the end of 2021 and have done a marvelous job. Their customer service is excellent - well managed and attentive (Jess is always very helpful) with fair prices alongside. Our engineer, Steven, is also the epitome of great service. He is super helpful and friendly and does a fantastic job every time. I couldn't ask for more

We purchased our Tub from Hydropool Cheltenham. We were newbies and slightly apprehensive about the maintenance and care issues. Simon and his team have been so helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him and his team. Excellent after sales service from all the staff
especially with a recent Abominator issue. We simply could not have expected better service. They even came out to us within an hour to help us out. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service from Simon and Jessica at Hydropool Cheltenham. After a flood over Christmas we needed to replace several electrical parts on our pool. They hustled to get the parts from the distributor and sent out a terrific guy to do the repair the day they arrived. On top of that Simon had some excellent suggestions for improving the set up of our pool. Can’t rate these guys too highly. Exemplary service.

Excellent service, very helpful consultation and delivery and installation went without a hitch (unusual for us, there's normally issues with anything we do!).
Had it a few days and so far so good, love the experience.

Excellent service. When I rang them to explain my hot tub needed a good clean they not only told me they had a deal on they also had someone round to my house the very next morning. Unfortunately I’m terrible with names but the guy that came round was very friendly and even gave me some tips on how to look after it a bit better. Can’t thank them enough and will be using again in future.

We have had a fantastic service from Hydropool Cheltenham from start to finish. Simon and Kate have kept us up to date every step of the process, our family fun play swim spa was delivered and installed and Hydropool took care of all of the details and ensured everything ran smoothly. They set up our swim spa and have made regular checks since to check everything is ok. They are both obviously so passionate about their business and go over and above to help their customers. This was apparent from the very start when I originally made enquiries over the telephone to the after sales service we have received. We would absolutely recommend their services to others and would definitely use them again.
