I chose this company because they work in a patient safe environment, but when it comes to communication with the members, I am disappointed. Some of us like speaking with a real person, not an automa... See more

No time delay issues. Had all the supplies needed. Ladies were very kind and compassionate. Would definitely use again.

This company is amazing for providing the service that they do. From my experience so far, the team is professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint so is that I have yet to be able to order certain nutrients... So I would like to see efforts to trouble shoot this issue as most of the businesses relying on the Hydreight platform need to order the necessary ingredients for their infusions in a timely fashion.

I would like to be able to speak to a customer service representative on the phone. Having to submit a ticket is frustrating and delays my ability to provide care in a timely fashion.

Tech assistance is terrible and has been for the whole 2 years I’ve been a part of Hydreight. I’m planning not to renew because of it. I’ve lost customers and had many frustrated ones due to tech issues and the lack of ability to contact someone in a timely manner. Getting an email 4 days after an appt is not exactly helpful when I have an issue during an appt. This is the only real issue with Hydreight but it is BIG.
Not happy
Customers report the site is confusing and difficult to navigate. Not one booking resulted from the app. Very disappointing. Additionally I ordered 3 files of vitamins and they all have an expiration date of 3 weeks from the time I received them. That was a complete waste of money.
I GIVE UP
IF YOU CANT BEAT EM’ JOIN EM’… AT DOING NOTHING AS IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO KEEP BEGGING FOR HELP EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL YOU GET THE HELP AND ANSWERS YOU NEED.

Not as excited now as when I started.
I have had a great experience with recruiting and business success teams. The live webinars have also been very helpful. The order in which emails were sent were very confusing, and listed resources no longer available, such as on-boarding webinars being available twice per week. It took much longer to get started, only being able to attend one webinar per week to satisfy the on-boarding checklist, as 2 of them happened at the same time and I had to wait another week to complete the main webinar scheduled for Thursdays. I am also not pleased that after a month, I still can not perform any of the IV infusion menu. I was sent all Saline, no Lactated Ringers, and 3 of the most basic ingredients listed on most all IV protocols, has been put of stock since the day I have been able to order anything. For weeks now. And did not know that signing up with Olympia Pharmacy was not just suggested, but needed. And now I may not be able to utilize them, as I don't have a brick and mortar, and the closest "approved" UPS Access Point is located over half an hour from me. Definitely not easy to get going with this company.

It could have been a good Business if the MD provider had signed a delivery order from a popular pharmacy called Anazao for CA.
For the most part
For the most part, it’s great! When asking to have toradol as a service to give and not an add-on, I was emailed back saying “No, we don’t treat pain.”
I think that’s odd to say we don’t treat pain but offer it as an add-on. Ultimately, it’s still treating inflammation/pain, we’re just making them buy something more expensive in order to get the add-on.
Fast service
The app is full of glitches
The app is full of glitches. The concept of Hydreight is great but a lot of work needs to be done. I may not renew with them. There are other options.
