Faulty product and terrible uncaring customer service. I purchased 2 fly fringes pony and full size; and all the fringes fell out within 2-3 hours on both fringes. Company refused to replace as I did not have original receipt but photographic proof of barely used condition with manufacturing labels. Buy products off this company at your own risk.
I purchased a pair of winter short boots with velcro tab fastenings. Don't waste your money they give zero support to the ankle and I am constantly walking with the foot sliding downward on the inside which I am sure will give joint and back problems in the future so after only 1 month of us have stopped wearing them. Bought a pair of HyLAND Short Mont Blanc winter boots. Advertised as thermal & waterproof, ideal for working at the stables or taking the dogs out. I wore them for the first time today on the school run as it was raining, yes they are lovely & warm but so uncomfy. I can feel everything through them because the rubber is really thin, after an hour wearing them my feet are sore and tender. Unfortunately the store won't take them back because they've been worn (How else do you know how they feel unless you wear them) so now I'm out of pocket & no boots to wear (not cheap boots)
