Ordered two pairs of glasses. One pair was scratched so I sent them back and requested a refund, a new pair where sent back out to me even though I didn’t request that, I emailed them twice and I had no response from the seller, there was no way to generate a returns label because it was already showing in my account as returned. Basically was a bit of a scam.

Edit: after writing this review I then received my refund, it shouldn’t take for me to write a review and give 1 star but I have now put it up to 3, because of the refund.

I ordered the glasses yesterday and they were delivered today. They are exactly what i hoped they would be. I have some Tifosi Davos as well, both pairs are just superb and are excellent value for money. Thank you Tifosi.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Tifosi on 14 May, which they claimed were delivered to me on the 17 May. However, their courier left them in someone else's black recycling bin (I don't have a black recycling bin, mine's green). However, instead of refunding me Tifosi Optics are refusing to reimburse me. They are claiming that I must complete and return a ' denial of receipt form' and then they will then investigate. They're also claiming this is a legal document and if I don't do what they say they will not 'assist you further'. Pure and simple blackmail. They have no right to withhold my money because their courier has failed to fulfil their instructions. They've made up some fake legal requirement, implying that this applies to me. Such dishonesty and lack of professionalism is staggering. It is theft, pure and simple and this firm cannot be trusted.
