Does great work and fast turnaround

I have owned my citizen chronograph since around 2008. It originally needed service because I bought it on eBay for a big discount. It needed service again recently because it got dropped. Great service, great quality check. I will use this repair service anytime I need help with my citizen watches. Five stars and no reservations about it.

The quality of their work is beyond perfection. I must warn you it take a while to return back to you so be patient

I spent four watches to Hurley. Three of the four were returned after 5 months! The fourth watch took over 8 months to return. I had not send several email inquiries along the way to see where they were. If you are a very patient person and don’t care about timely service then you may want to use Hurley. Otherwise I’d suggest you look elsewhere.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this worthless company before sending 2 watches to be repaired. I chose them because I figured it was closer than sending them to California for repair. Worst decision EVER. I sent them the watches 2 years ago. One was finally returned and has stopped working. I dare not take advantage of any warranty that worthless company (Hurley Roberts) has in effect. After 2 years they have not returned the 2nd watch. On May 25, 2023, I received an email that the 2nd watch was going to be returned within 15 days. it's now July 12, 2023 and I had to send another follow up letter. The cookie cutter response deflected to 'reduced personnel and heavy backlog'.

Unfortunately it took 7 months for a repair. With that being said I couldn’t give a higher rating. But finally did get my watch back and workmanship was spot on. Watch looks brand new. Fine job of cleaning and polishing dial and hands. Took forever but now I have a watch that will be good for many years.

Horrible service and awful communication. This company held my watches for over two months and took no responsibility to make things right after many rounds of communication. They provided no reasonable approach to resolve issues which were relatively small. There are not many authorized Citizen repair shops in the area but if you have a choice to send elsewhere, you would be making a wise choice. Their prices are unjustifiable, communication is protracted, and absolutely zero customer service. Use them at your own risk.

The stem and crown got pulled out my favorite watch I looked up watch repair and hurley Roberts came up in a search I sent my watch to them to be repaired. It did take a while but they kept me informed and now my watch is back and it runs like it did when new

This watch company does very fine work, they're very professional in my opinion I've sent a couple of my watches to them for service. And it was phenomenal, they will reach out to you and let you know what's wrong with your watch and what the fee is, once you pay the fee they'll start to work and they will send you your timepiece back nicely packaged and working flawlessly. I highly recommend them and I will deal with them every time I have an issue with one of my citizens watches.

What a great company. Fast service and great prices

This company is a scam. They received my Citizen watch and payment in March 2022. First they told me the watch was being repaired and would be returned to me in no time. Then months went by, after numerous emails from me, they suddenly changed the tune by saying that Citizen stopped producing the part for my watch. At that point, they wanted to sell me a new watch instead. I asked for return of my watch and payment. This company then decided to not responding to my emails anymore nor returning my watch and payment. After nearly an year, I had to hire an attorney to deal with this company. Only when my attorney contacted the owner of the company himself, they returned my watch and payment. So buyers beware, this company wants to make money by selling you new watches after you send them your watch and payment for repair.

It took a few months but it was worth the wait the quality of work is excellent watch looks new runs great
so far very happy.

My experience with Hurley Roberts Repair was phenomenal. The shipping process was great and they give you the invoice as soon as possible. The company pays for shipping both ways even if you don't want the watch repaired after they take a look at it. They made my 20 year old watch work and look like new. Communication is good, though since it is a small family company with thousands of customers, it may take some time. The turnaround time may be frustrating to some people, which took around 6 months for me. But keep in mind that your timepiece is in the hands of experienced careful watchmakers. I highly recommend this company and have been a customer for 15+ years.

The repair needed on my Citizen watch was extensive. Although it took a long time (several months) to get the watch fixed, I know it's done right. Watch looks brand new, works to perfection. I'm so happy with the service. I've used them twice now, and both times have been just great! Will used them again if either of my watches ever need service!

Hurley Roberts Service has been a repeated source of professional repair for my Citizen watches over many years. They have always managed my cases very professionally and punctually. Only one time were they "slow" to finish a repair, as it was a repair and restoration of Citizen Ecodrive men's watch, and after Pandemic when/while shipping of parts/supplies were very slow, and employees often unavailable as needed. However, they still completed the work, and I am still a loyal customer. I Highly recommend their services, and I will be using them as needed in the future. I am an actual customer, not a paid person writing this, and I am a former medical professional of 30 years who greatly appreciates professionalism, and does not give unearned praises.

Although it took longer than the expected time due to parts availability and supply issue and I won't blame Hurley Roberts for that. I am completely satisfied with Hurley Robert's 5-star customer service! Their email response time was Immediate, I was treated like I was their only customer!

My beautiful late wife bought me this watch 20 years ago. 15 years ago I slammed it into a metal door frame at work. I tryed to get it fixed to no avail. After my wife’s passing I was deep cleaning and found the watch. I cried and looked for someone to fix it. Citizen-Hurley got it done. Great job! Looks brand new except for one scratch I put on it years ago. So I know it’s still the watch my beautiful wife gave me.
