Though my watch is on the low end of Citizen’s Eco line, I feel I was treated with the same professionalism as any other customer. The repair left my watch as if it never broke, more affordable than I expected, and faster than estimated. Package of the watch could have been more elegant but I gave them my watch in the same fashion as I received it. I am happy I can still use my watch.

So glad I found Hurley Robert Services on the internet. I was a little concerned about sending my watch off to someone I had not ever dealt with before! This was a gift from my wife and children from many years ago and had more sentimental value than anything. They did a great job, and my watch looks and works great again!!! Thanks!!!

Absolutely terrible. Sent them my Citizen Dive watch in early 2023. Waited for several months for an estimate. Received their estimate in May 2023. It was too expensive, so I declined and requested that my watch be sent back to me. As of February 19, 2024 (about 1 year later since I sent them my watch), I have not received my watch back nor any reply to my multiply inquiries as to when I should expect it. It looks like they are basically stealing my watch. Not sure how they get so many positive reviews. For me, it has been a terrible experience. Proceed with caution.

The service was good my watch works as it was new again! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was for what I paid I don’t believe taking a little extra time and effort to clean and polish the watch before returning would have made for a better customer experience. After all it did take a 3 months or more to complete the process.

I have used their repair services multiple times over the years- they do excellent work at a fair price and work hard to communicate.

I bought an expensive wristwatch a while ago while on active duty after the Timex watches I purchased kept dying on me from constant exposure to water as I moved from patient to patient while working at an Army Medical Center. While working a different job that required constant showering as I removed my watch it fell from my hands at an angle, broke the crystal and stopped working.

It is a solar powered watch that adjusts the time automatically as you move relative to the atomic clock in Colorado; Frankfurt, Germany and Japan; to say the least I was devastated and heart broken.

I didn't think it would ever work again but Hurley Roberts replaced the crystal, cleaned the glass fragments from inside the case and got the watch working again to send it back to me working and looking like new. I am very grateful to them for the repair and adjustment.

Superior customer service and repair. Watch was fixed and returned looking like new. Also received a handy guide on how to set time and functions. A great experience!

I purchased my watch in 1998 in London, England. When the watch seemed to be going bad I found Hurley Roberts service on line for watch repair. WOW! What a gold mine of expertise in repairing my watch. I've used them twice and the same watch I bought in 1998 is still working thanks to them!

My husband needed a watch band for his citizen watch. It was difficult to fine but we found it here. Looks great

I sent in my watch last month when its crystal was very scratched up. This is the first time I had my watch serviced with Hurley Roberts. I just received my watch yesterday with a brand new crystal replaced. Now it looks almost brand new. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. Pricing was reasonable. Just let me say that whatever it is that you require watch wise... if Hurley Roberts Service Co. offers a solution to your dilemma DO NOT HESITATE to trust them to provide PROFESSIONAL customer service in everything they do... I would recommend this business to everyone...

I have been using Hurley Roberts for service on my Citizen Promaster dive watch for over 20 years. The service is impeccable and they keep my 35 year old watch running like it is new. With Hurley Roberts service I plan to get many more years out of this fine watch. Great company, thank you all for the dedication to perfection

Sent in my 12 year old EcoDrive, that was in need of some TLC. Hurley Roberts returned it like the day I bought it. Highly Recommended!!!

Wait time was a tad long, but owing to the age of the watch, that’s to be expected. It’s now keeping perfect time, and I have no qualms about diving with it, and using it as it was originally intended. Looking forward to decades of continued wear.

Hurley Roberts Service is very thorough with Citizen watch inspections and recommended repair estimates. Be patient for the amount of time for the repairs to your watch. HRS is an authorized factory service center, so be cautious of having your Citizen watch serviced elsewhere. I only use HRS for service of my Citizen watches.

To be fair, the order took two months, but I was warned at the beginning. I was rewarded for my patience, the order was fulfilled 100%. Thanks.

Have used Hurley Roberts for many years. Service has always been top notch! Be patient, service will take some time but your dive watch will be well maintained.

I've been sending my Citizen Aqualand Duplex watch to Hurley Roberts for decades, and they've taken the best care of it, indeed! There was one problem, when the watch went into "low battery" mode shortly after they returned it to me - and when I called the problem to their attention, they fixed it with a new battery, free of charge. Citizen doesn't sell my watch any more, so I'm particularly glad that Hurley Roberts keeps it running and recording my dives!

I sent in my Citizen watch for a quote. The crystal was shattered and I really liked the watch. Unfortunately the value of the repair was close to the price of a new watch on sale. They returned the watch unrepaired and I will decide later which way I want to go. The service was exceptional!! I will use them again in the future.
