I'd had a very negative experience with AliExpress so was very cautious and asked someone to call me. I was confused about wat computer and who to buy from these days so I called the nz phone number and spoke to a kid d man for 15/20 mins about the process at your end and the appropriate laptop for my daughter's education. After the call I was sold and processed to order 1.
