Ordered product online and requested that I collect it from a store. This was seamless. Also, the box had an extra layer of packaging so I was'nt flaunting it as I got the Go Ahead bus and went home.

Visited Galway store with an iPhone what didn’t want to turn in. Has been advised they take a look and call us back in an hour. Nothing, I called them back the next morning and they said oh yeah we have to send it to Dublin to the head office, no problem how long will it take. Up to 3 weeks and max €150. If it’s more they will call us. Nothing again. 3 weeks pass by without phone… no call. Had to call them again, they said oh we will contact with them and give u a call back today. Nothing again. We are at our 4th week now and nothing. I called them again that you promised to call me, they said oh the head office answered very late. Ok no problem, when will it arrive, “hopefully next week, and whoever said it’s up to 3 weeks they were wrong” ok, how much will it cost? “Starting from €180” now that’s when I got angry, first u say up to 3 weeks and up to €150 and will inform u if it’s more, now saying that it’s more without any information. I didn’t get my phone back yet so we don’t know the ending, but this is a terrible miscommunication in the company, and lack of management. Very pissed and never again going to spend money on there.

No exchange if part is broken, no instructions in English.

I visited Humie store in Galway Edward Square shopping centre twice recently.
First time to buy a screen protector for my phone firstly price excellent €14.99 and the man spent about 20 minutes putting it on. So helpful.
Second time a week later same phone and a sort of vibration when on voice when taking and making calls. Again a different person spent about 15 minutes spraying and blowing out the speaker no charge.

Best 2 experiences ever great service and that's lacking in a lot of places.

Bought a drone from Hugmie in Liffey Valley. While the staff were very friendly, the drone did not come with English instructions. They are only in Chinese. These instructions are not able to be found online for the drone I bought Hitroque SH007 but no one told me I wouldn’t be able to set this up by myself and I would consider myself quite tech savvy! Now I have to go back to a store for them to set it up for me. Now if I ever have a problem I won’t be able to fix it because I don’t have instructions and will keep having to return to the store. I am very upset as I spent quite a lot of money on this.

Bought a generic screen replacement for iPhone and paid €100 but it didn’t work properly. Paid to have it upgraded to the genuine product and this was faulty too. They replaced with the “genuine” one but this wasn’t the case and still doesn’t work properly.

Got no refund even after a month!
After contacting saying that my card doesn’t match!!
Never going again to that store ..
