Amazing Service- Thank you Huboo!!

We are getting our European logistic services from Huboo Technologies for the last 2 years and they have been quite amazing both in terms of quality commitment and subsequent service delivery.
Despite occasional hiccups, the team have been very helpful and prompt in resolving any issues we encounter. We highly recommend Huboo Technologies to anyone willing to set up a dependable end-to-end Logistic supplychain in the EU. Suzanne was such a great help

15 reasons why you should avoid Huboo…
15 reasons why you should avoid Huboo at all costs (especially if you sell on TikTok Shop & Shopify)


This is the biggest mistake I have made in my business career to date, please please don’t make the same mistake as me.

1. They claim to have a 99% accuracy rate but every single order received by customers so far has had a missing or incorrect item. 


2. Guess who will be covering the cost to send out the correct items? Yep you guessed it, I will be paying for their mistakes.


3. They claim they will save you time, but I’ve had to spend the morning apologising to customers for incorrect orders. 


4. They claim to offer a same day dispatch before 2pm yet it is Saturday today and they have not fulfilled my orders from Tuesday. I have 220 overdue orders and 100+ unhappy customer messages.


5. They totally destroyed my company in ONE week. I have never, ever provided such a poor service when my orders were done by staff in-house. I switched to Huboo - a PROFESSIONAL FULFILMENT COMPANY - and within a week they have caused my service to plummet.

6. This one is actually laughable: they sent me an email, proudly saying they’d done 300 orders between 7am-5pm. My staff member used to do 300 orders in 4 hours. 


7. Majority of these 300 orders have not even been handed over and are now overdue. The ones that have been done were incorrect. I switched for a better service. Very confused. 


8. They messed me around telling me they could use certain labels and then telling me they couldnt that same day, making really ridiculous excuses. How hard is it to print out and stick on a pre-paid label? I believe they did this as they wanted me to pay extra.


9. They get you on board by talking the talk and quoting stats (now I wonder - where are these stats from?) They then ignore all emails as soon as you're in board, despite making them aware of all the problems.


10. Staff are clearly rushed off her feet. Barely responds to emails and is very uncontactable. They are all over the place and need support. 


11. Each account needs a proper, experienced account manager. My Customer Success manager was meant to be customer success yet she was packing orders. To be frank she was super unhelpful and had no clue what is going on, telling me a lot of misinformation.

12. They make false claims.. I do not believe they have tiktok clients as they advised me incorrectly on how to connect my Tiktok shop with their platform and it didn’t work, causing huge problems with the orders. I had to advise them on how to connect the platforms correctly, which was shocking. How can I, the customer, tell them how to connect their own platform with TikTok?


13. I will be passing on my feedback to my tiktok account manager as apparently they are a tiktokshop partner but I have no idea how when they don’t understand that TikTok orders have a 2 day SLA. Their lateness has caused my shop rating to fall from 4.8 to 4.3 in a week. Never ever had this issue before.


14. Who is packing these orders? After setting up every single SKU and ensuring every carton they received was labelled correctly they messed up so many orders.


15. Absolutely NO support. No one is online so when things are going wrong there is no one to help. 


My advice would be search for a company with decent google reviews, Huboo seem to be paying people for trustpilot reviews, as some of the reviews on there say this. I went with Huboo as they were the cheapest but you get what you pay for and it is my biggest regret.

Please note shortly after this they even switched CEO - as they were upsetting so many businesses they had to make drastic change! Look at all the 1* Google reviews. You can't make these things up!

Best Decision We Have Made!

From my very first conversation with Oliver, through my extensive communications with Bradley, and culminating with the stock in, quality assurance, and "going live," the entire Huboo experience has been exceptional! Using a fulfilment company has been on our radar for a number of years as we knew it was the next logical step, but there were always barriers in the way (crazy minimums, expensive storage costs, or simply the price of each shipment) that made it unfeasible. I am so happy to report that not only has Bradley and the Huboo team removed these barriers, but the excellent service they are providing has revolutionised our business. Our small team now has the bandwidth to work on innovative new marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and full website revamps which is driving the business to new heights. Before this was impossible due to the daily picking, packing, and shipping logistics. Thank you Huboo, we are truly excited for what we hope is a long and successful relationship!

I've used Huboo for years

I have used Huboo for years with zero issues. I spoke with Suzanne Clark today who helped me with an issue due to an error on my part. She solved it within minutes and dealt with the rest for me. She's a super friendly person which reflects very positively on the company considering the little human interaction I've had with Huboo. No complaints at all!

Amazing Service - Suzanne is a superstar !

We were heavily delayed on a shipment of goods from overseas and needed Huboo to react quickly to enable us to activate a promotional shoot and go live launch of a new product range. Everything was against us but Suzanne understood the importance of this for us and went out of her way to make sure our goods were booked in immediately, supporting teams were made aware and collections were ready within 24 hours of it arriving. The communications were first class and i felt like she genuinely cared about our helping us !

Great team to work with!

Lovely!! Really happy with our experience with Huboo. We've tried our fair share of 3PLs and the good ones can be few and far between. Huboo have always had amazing customer service and quick/trustworthy fulfilment. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have fulfilment in the UK.
Especially want to shout out Sam from their onboarding team and Suzanne from their customer service team, super helpful!

good customer team

Donavan, Vic and Debbie are a very good customer team.

I have very pleasing conversation with Donavan who always hold the fair and justice value to deal with all the individual cases.

Only thing I would say for the old customer like us having been cooperating with Huboo so long. Would be appreciate for some customer rewards or something like that. Hope Huboo could consider this point for some small business but good partner. :)

Hubboo have helped me scale!

Hubboo have helped me scale!

I'd been thinking about working with a shipping warehouse for a while and felt so relieved to find someone as efficient as Hubboo. Beth and Louis were instrumental in helping me get set up - both were super responsive, friendly and were able to help solve any issues or questions I had with set up. Hubboo has taken away the stress of having to ship orders myself, so I can focus on other things. Plus they've been super accommodating with my packaging requirements and have a range of shipping options.
