Spoke to Suzanne again today. And once again she solved my issue, with a smile and ( I can hear it), a friendly and professional attitude. It feels so good to know that as a customer, not only you are not left battling with contact forms and FAQ( however excellent they are) but can speak to someone who will save your work day headache, time and stress. Yes, Huboo is a large company but I can say from experience that there is always someone who cares on the other end of the phone for urgent matters( and tickets are always quickly and efficiently answered); Suzanne and a few other customers service helps are now familiar voices, recognising each other, which makes you feel like Huboo is not working for you but with you.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience with them. I worked with them in 2021-2022 and again in 2024, and based on my experience, I've noticed a significant decline in their customer support. In my view, as they've grown, their efficiency and care for smaller companies have decreased. If you're a small business, I recommend doing your own research, as there may be better options available.
Maribel is consistently understanding and patient. She answers all questions thoroughly and makes it clear that she's always available for a call whenever needed.
We lost a significant portion of our inventory over a year ago while it was stored in their warehouse. Initially, they claimed a police investigation was necessary before discussing further actions. It took them months to receive a response, and after even more waiting, we were shocked to see their report only accounted for 10% of the actual missing items.
We had no option but to review the inventory records in their platform, only to discover they'd changed their system and no longer had access to the old logs. That alone is unbelievable! Lost access to old inventory reports???
But it didn’t stop there. After dozens of more emails, we finally received a manual report. BUT that was an incorrect report. They deducted a large outgoing shipment twice. We pointed out their mistakes, but they were simply making different excuses to avoid accepting it.
They dragged the process out for 9 more exhausting months of communication. Only then did they finally admit it. A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF OUR INVENTORY IS LOST.
Sadly, it didn’t end there!
Although they acknowledged, they told us they could only escalate the issue to management. Okay, no problem—we understood and waited. But, as you might have already noticed the pattern, this led to several more months of hopeless waiting. Once again, they strung us along.

As a business owner, I have an aversion to writing negative reviews. However, when I posted one about 10 months ago, they called me within hours, asking me to remove the review with promise of resolving the issue. Regrettably, I removed my last negative review.
Unclear pricing strategies, hard to get access to the correct information. On closing the company - they would not release the goods. Have to stay in for 30 days, even though we had a buyer who was coming to collect the goods! I even offered to pay in advance my minimum monthly spend of £375, but they would not release the goods (stock that belongs to me). Initial pricing sounded 'too good to be true' and really affable guy. They just need to be a bit more honest upfront - to avoid stress, and unnecessary workload. Have WASTED all morning again, trying to get to the bottom of my pricing - structure. Very annoying and pointless. The Customer Service team do try their best to be helpful - but I pity them really, as their company is making their jobs difficult. Very frustrating to be honest. I am a Dentist with a Degree - i.e I do not consider myself stupid, but I think the pricing / terms are deliberately opaque.
Our onboarding experience was brilliant thanks to Toby and Bradley. It was refreshing how they took the time to understand our needs even though we just launched. I would definitely recommend Huboo.
My onboarding experience with Bradley has been very positive. He is very responsive friendly patient and professional - looking forward to my continued journey with Huboo. Overall I like the fact that their processes incl tech tool (Huboo app) are easy to understand and work with.
What a difference a month makes… I still cannot fault Huboo’s onboarding service. The likes of Oliver and Bradley are exceptional at what they do and really make the process seamless…
Sadly that’s where it ends and once you’re in the warehouse the nightmare begins… The dashboard is riddled with glitches, for example when your stock reaches zero for an item it is removed from the low stock section 🤷🏽♂️. I was promised a transition from the ridiculously confusing weekly invoicing to a far more sensible monthly bill. Three months later, despite numerous guarantees, I was still getting weekly bills… Then to top it off Huboo lost an entire product! 32 stock items with considerable value “went missing” from the warehouse, guess what, absolutely no trace… Briefest of apologies, but no support or guidance, in fact I had to chase them up numerous times… The even more ridiculous thing is that Huboo lost the whole SKU, yet they still have the 32 items listed just to make life even more complicated 🤣. I have given my one month notice to cancel and guess what, several customers are now complaining that the wrong item has been shipped to them, or simply not receiving their order. Thank goodness we only have another few weeks to put up with this disgraceful service! My advice, do a proper deep dive into online reviews for Huboo! You will find a network of unhappy business owners who feel that Huboo directly compromised their business. Unfortunately I am now one of them!

Anyone who reads Huboos response to this review please note, it was not an issue with a carrier, I have a thread of emails where a Huboo representative states that they received the stock and had accounted for it in full adherence with delivery notes. They are attempting to deflect responsibility and obfuscate the truth!

Last year we decided to work with Huboo for our fulfilment. It's been a mistake that I wouldn't recommend someone else to follow. Firstly, they gave us rates that turned out to good to be true. With pricing that they wanted to increase with a significant amount soon after we onboarded, cut-off times they never realized and a poor customer service. Usually, I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I'd highly recommend you to refrain from working with Huboo.

We've been with Huboo for around 3 months now and have been very satisfied with the service so far. I've just had to resolve a problem with our shipping map and Destiny at the help centre was great...she explained the possible work arounds and we got the issue sorted out quickly and easily.
