Myself and my partner moved into the property during the Easter period and our landlady and hub Hemel was nothing but helpful throughout, they helped us move into the property within a quick space of time and saw to our every need.

A year later.. lovely house, great house mangers and landlord, absolutely fantastic service, they are prompt with responding to any queries, replacements and breakages. Very prompt move in, with plenty of viewing options depending on your living requirements.

People who are looking for accommodation in Hemel should definitely checkout Hub@hemel. They do have really good properties which are maintained by the supporting staff.

During the lockdown, the letting managers organized an online pop-quiz between different households to keep the tenants engaging. The supporting staff are friendly and help out where it is needed.

I will miss this house and hopefully in the near future, I can come back.

Great service, very responsive to actions and queries

I stayed in a house managed by Elaine in 2020/21 and I can say it was fantastic. I moved from Yorkshire so I was new to London life and this was perfect. The landlord and house managers were really kind, friendly and got requests done quickly.

I had great housemates and it was a great house. Although is was 20/21 I didnt feel like the older house mates were intimidating and we all got on easily.

Unfortunately I lost my job so I had to move out but if I am ever working down south again then I would get right back with Hub@Hemel. I would recommend.

No hastle, no hidden fees, no problems. Clean and well finished house. Thanks to all for making it a pleasant experience.

My experience at Hub@Hemel has been amazing!
For me leaving home for the first time was very daunting however, the lovely landlords made me feel comfortable, safe and happy.
My housemates also made me feel very welcome and I am very sad to be leaving.
I would highly recommend Hub@Hemel! :)

The landlords were always sweet and attentive, and really made an effort to ensure people in the house were comfortable, happy and at home. It was really nice to know there was always someone to go to, to both voice concerns or just have a nice talk. Can't recommend enough!

Overall was nice...they are thrustworthy.

Really modern and clean house, with all the mod cons you would expect, and maintained to a really high standard by the cleaning and landlord teams. I felt very lucky to have such a lovely garden, again maintained by a very friendly gardener. Elaine and Sharon are really helpful and friendly, and always available to help with any issues, big or small.

The Hub@Hemel is a great company to rent houses from. Clean, up to date houses with professional housemates and everything is sorted at the press of a button! Really happy with the homely house! Keep it up PD, Elaine and Sharon!

Great company exceptional service very happy to be where I am ...

The rooms are refurbished each time there is a change in tenant. Weekly visits by the landlord. Weekly visits by the cleaner. Landlord is very helpful, humble and polite. We have Whatsapp groups so that everybody feels heard. Heating is excellent. Kitchen is excellent. Refrigerators have plenty of space. 20 minutes walk from nearest train station which is not so bad. Nearest NHS is 10 minutes walk away. Overall, excellent place. I’ve been living here for past 1.5 years. I find it my home.
