The packs are very buggy and crashes

The packs are very buggy and crashes, Customer service help are rude and the Discord itself is not helpful at all. When someone on Discord helps its always a rude, nasty and snide comments making a person feel like crap! I regret purchasing the pack and deleted everything. Your gain my loss!!! I started my own from scratch that has zero flaws. I recommended HTNetwork to several when it first came out. Now I get called a loser for even recommending this so therefor I lost many friends. Live and learn!!!

U guys can improve by explaining to people how to do everything how to use the auto installer or add 3rd party apps maybe so people can build their city without waiting for a email with the little to no help

Excellent people wo work with

So far I have had a great experience with HTNetwork. They truly make it simple and easy to create and download everything that you need for a FiveM Server. The customer service has also been excellent and quick to respond to any issues. If you're looking to start a FiveM Server, then this is where you need to be.

They are amazing! I got the Qbcore Platinum Pro Package along with their QuickStart VPS Services and was blown away. They literally set up everything for you! If you’re thinking about giving them a try, don’t think! Buy it now. I promise you won’t regret it. And if you’re wondering if port-forwarding is needed, the answer is NO. Not terrible, but far from great.

Not terrible, but far from great.. This would be good for someone that has no idea how to setup a server. I thought this would be a good package to buy to get started, but its all just assets and scripts that are already available that I could have just dropped in either way. Some plugins/scripts ive even had issues with as they area not updated through the auto installer and found online for free just to drop them in myself to be able to have them work. I can see what you're trying to do, but for the price it is very very basic stuff.

HTnetwork AMAZING ALWAYS

HTnetwork across the board is amazing. The support is amazing even if you’re living in a different time zone. Personally the support has guided me through installing multiple of their packages that I was having trouble with and contacted me as soon as possible for them. They made my experience so wonderful and I guarantee they treat everyone this well. Super fast service for any package and the discord Chanel is super helpful as well. In conclusion I love what HT has created and it’s a super unique,useful,helpful, and amazing community HT has created. One of a kind truly.

Non-Optimised Server, Slow Support Team + They Delete Reports On Discord

Not awful hence why I left a 2 star review its just more so the fact their support system is Hella slow even though they have a lot of customers purchasing and waiting.

they delete text from discord so no others see you reporting it, just shows how shadey they are.

However, getting to the point if you are someone who just wanted a quick setup server, THIS DOES WORK you just need a brain and god forbid you have any issues because they won't help you lmao.

the vehicle packs are old old and outdated using resource.lua, everyone knows fx manifest is the way, doesnt take a genious

+ they couldve atleast downsized OR merged the vehicle scripts together to make one script to show they are selling an optimised server base, but no they are lazy and do not care about their customers. You'd expect more from a youtuber who makes alot of help/tutorial videos to atleast help his client base.

Im also currently waiting on a refund as this purchase isnt for me, its not awful just dissapointed as its advertised fairly well and reasonable pricing.

(May I Also Mention I Contacted Support Through Their Discord System, It Could Be A Possibility As To Why Their Responses Were Dog)

I really suggest buying any package selection. I would defintley Recomend the qbcore package, it is worth every last penny. you can make a whole fivem sever in 10 minuets with everything you need Clothes Cars Guns Inventory Everthing you wish and it comes with a auto installer which will auto install any fivem ready mods in 5 secends

Not worth the price

There are emails i sent to support team that haven't been answered. Some of the scripts are not working well like the jobs nor the vehicle shop, despite following directions given. Already sent email regarding this but no replies received. The price for this service is too high as there are still a lot of work that needs to be done.

Cool Resource but Lack of Support

I have not fully gotten the server up and running due to time constraints, however I am updating my review to express my gratitude towards the owner for their contributions and attentiveness. He is a wealth of information, and I have immense respect for the time put into creating something like HTNetwork One. This can be very difficult work and it’s an impressive service to be providing. I will update as things progress if I keep working on that server, maybe the information can be helpful to someone else.

The installation guide and resources is straightforward and useful, but the server was not working when I tried to launch. The discord support is not very helpful so this was honestly a waste of money as I bought something that doesn’t work. The Discord community is a cool resource as there is a lot of information and access to others who know a good amount, but I think there should be a one on one support offered for new buyers. I believe it says there is a 7 day 24/7 support after you purchase in case there’s issues, but I didn’t receive any of that.

most things won’t work

Purchased the $40 option with the auto-installer. the installer does not work, once in game nothing that was added using it will work and says invalid spawn code. the text chat and admin console are filled with errors as well. There’s no instructions on how to use the vehicle spawner it comes with… really, they only tell you how to use what they made. no instructions on anything else. most of the scripts it also comes with do not work. highly recommend just saving the $40 and doing it yourself, really not hard at all once you get the hang of doing it yourself.
