Hi Philip,

We appreciate your feedback, but we find your review quite harsh. We do include a video on how to use the auto installer in the [Guides] folder of the zip file. You may have missed that.

It's not our responsibility, nor our support team's, to provide support for installing third-party modifications. We're unsure how our inability to support other people's mods and scripts has resulted in a 2-star review. This is really disappointing for us.

Your review is quite confusing to us.

Our support team has responded to every message you sent, providing answers and fixing your issues. We even went beyond our obligations by directing you to correct locations for unrelated questions and helping you find third-party scripts, showing our commitment to helping you.

You mentioned expecting a developer for $3 a month, but this was never stated on the product page for server care. We can't be held responsible for assumptions made without reading the product details.

Given that we addressed all your questions and issues, your harsh review seems quite unfair. If there’s anything specific we missed, please let us know so we can assist you further.

Reports are only meant for the correct channels and not a general messaging chat channel. We apologize if this process seemed unclear or led to any confusion. However, we can see that this was explained to you already at the time.

Concerning the perceived slowness of our support team, we want to assure you that we prioritize timely responses to all inquiries. Our records indicate that responses are typically provided within the same day, with the majority answered within an hour. This is well above the industry standard for response times. However, we acknowledge that there may be occasional delays due to high volumes of inquiries, but rest assured, we are continuously working to improve our response times. We can only see one time you communicated with our support team. This was regarding a refund which they then replied within an hour, directing the email to our refund team.
Upon further review, we confirmed that there were no prior attempts from you to reach out to our support team. Therefore, we understand that your perception of our support team as slow may have been based on inaccurate information. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Regarding the criticism of our vehicle packs being outdated and using resource.lua instead of fxmanifest.lua, we want to emphasize that our priority is to offer stable and functional server bases. While we understand the preference for fxmanifest.lua, our choice of resource.lua does not significantly impact server performance. We ensure that all our products are thoroughly tested and optimized to provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Furthermore, we'd like to address your experience with contacting support through Discord. It's important to note that Discord for us is a customer community platform and is not intended for customer support inquiries. We have clear guidelines stating that official support requests should be made through email or live chat to ensure prompt assistance. We have made this as clear as possible in almost all channels and even through an automated message. We can see you made a ticket and attempted to gain support through there; however, in the channel you use to create a ticket, it clearly states that tickets are just for getting roles. This was also explained to you again in the ticket.

However, it appears there may have been some confusion regarding the installation process of certain mods, which could lead to the "invalid spawn code" error. It's important to note that while the installer may accurately place the mod files, the functionality ultimately depends on the mod's design, which we cannot control.
We kindly request that you refrain from attributing responsibility to us for errors originating from the mod creators.

Regarding instructions, we do provide comprehensive guidance, including a link to our Discord server where users can access keybinds and other essential information. We've noticed that you haven't joined our Discord community or verified your roles, which may explain why you haven't accessed this resource.
