We have been using Hs direct for the last 4 years now they are a great company to have on side. They helped us achieve our Smas accreditations for the last 3 years and made it so easy took care of everything all I did was send our representative (Amelia) the information they needed. this year she helped us to achieve our Chas accreditations. HS Direct have yet made any attempt to resolve an issue that has been static for almost a year. I was badgered via calls, emails, voicemails on both office and mobile calls by pushy sales. Representative attempted to use local businesses to establish common ground to obtain credit card details to make a full payment over the phone. Since then, have received little to nothing substantial to support or assist with accreditation. An email ticket system is in place and emails you to submit evidence which is entirely generic and automated. No real support for SME's. I have had to report this to Action Fraud and Citizen's Advice. HS Direct to be reported against Unfair Trading Regulations for high-pressure sales and misleading practices.

Rebecca Lomas was exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the help and support i received. Every question i had was answered in as much detail as possible. Even the problems i was encountering with my own software was very kindly overcome and accommodated for.
If you need a company that gives you as much time and support as you need then HS Direct is that company. I couldn't be happier with there support and assistance. We engaged HS Direct to handle our accreditation renewals for SSIP and Constructionline and take out the Safety First and Contractor first package.
Unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing. Over the past two months, we have had to complete the majority of the work ourselves, as submissions prepared on our behalf have repeatedly been returned for being insufficient. Despite the delays and setbacks, we have received little proactive support to resolve the issues or support us to where we need the policies to be, and our accreditations remain unrenewed.
We are still awaiting proper advice and assistance to complete the remaining policy module, which we specifically require expert guidance on. In addition, the “Safety First” package has proven to be very basic and not fit for purpose for a larger contractor. The “Contractor First” package also falls well short of how it was presented during the sales process and has been particularly disappointing.
In our experience, the sales process has been far stronger than the aftercare and delivery! Based on the difficulties we have encountered, we would advise other businesses to fully understand what level of support they will realistically receive before committing.

Daniel Moore and the rest of the team at HS are extremely helpful and helped me step by step with my Risk assements, whenever i phoned up with even the most basic questions they always took the time to talk me through each stage that i was stuck on.

I had a very poor experience with **HSDirect Ltd**.
I paid the company to assist **Reatop Ltd** with Health & Safety documentation, after taking payment, the support promised was not delivered. During a phone call, your employee JF, made clear assurances about the level of help that would be provided, which were later not honoured.
Subsequently, his colleague NW, contacted me and played back a phone call recording which confirmed that I had been misled during the original conversation. Despite this acknowledgement, HSDirect only issued a **50% refund**, and no further assistance or meaningful support was provided.
As a small business owner, I relied on professional guidance to ensure compliance. Instead, I was left without the documentation or support I had paid for, and had to resolve the issues myself.
Overall, this was an unprofessional experience with poor transparency and accountability. I would not recommend HSDirect Ltd based on my experience.

I am writing to tell the world how amazing Harry Biggerstaff is.
I went onto their website seeking a free download of the COSHH template in order for me to complete my own documentation for a job I am involved in ans their requirements from me as a contractor.
Less than 10 minutes after downloading, Harry called. As much as I hate cold callers whom I usually shut down without hesitation, Harry was all together, a very pleasant person to chat to.
I am very talkative and very ADHD and was rattling on my concerns and issues, not to mention swearing at my own frustrating situation.
Not only did he listen patiently to what my requirements were, he made excellent suggestions in reference to them. Showed me the product and service via a linked demonstration and was very clear and concise.
I had no intention of ever using these H&S service providers as the cost factor is way out of my budget, considering I am a new concern, However, I most certainly will be using them in the fufure when I have the finances to take them on.
Even hearing and accepting this "non sale" reply from me, he still found a smaller solution to assist me in the interum, none the less... NO PRESSURE.
He is a fantastic asset to this concern and highly recommend him on every level. What a great representative and example on customer service.
Keep it up, young man, you are a ROCKSTAR!!!
