I bought my Hövding in 2020 and cycle about 3.000 km a year. I'm very happy with the security of the Hövding. After four years the battery needs more charging, which is fine by me.

I disliked the argument you used not to accept that it was a failure when the hövding triggered without a reason. And I informed you about the circumstances. I helped quite a lot of colleagues to make a decision for buying a Hövding, but not Ih have (the second time) to overthink my recommendation.

Fast and Easy!
I´ve had an accident with my bike and my Hövding totally saved me from more severe injuries. I informed Hövding on the same evening and got a 100 EUR discount on my next purchase, which I did immediately. Three days later, I already received the new one. I am really happy how fast and easy this all went.

I like Hövding - the product. I don’t like the service when it’s bought as a present. The reason is that it wasn’t possible to get a little more time to return it, if it was going to be necessary. And the answer was “that I can’t promise you”.🤷♀️

I bought 2 of the newest model and…
I bought 2 of the newest model and paid. I never got any track messages or similar except a message when I finally found that the packaged was returned from a box service after 7 days in the box. I hope the product is good but the delivery service is so poor that it is beyond imagination. I only managed to get contact with Hovding after the product was returned. The message to me as a customer. Buy a new one.
