Hoval Homevent RS 180

Hoval Homevent RS 180
I installed a Hoval Homevent RS180 unit which cost €3650 in 2011.
After 10 years the electric motors broke down: total repair cost €1180; As a result the machine has become noisier and the spare parts are NOT identical to the originals.
After another two years one of the two engines broke down again, it needs to be replaced and the cost is now €773 (excluding VAT), however the type of engine is still different from both the original and the previous replacement.
I haven't given the OK for the repair yet because my fear concerns the overall life of the machine and the effectiveness of the repairs. I was not fully satisfied with the local assistance and I wanted to contact the Italian one. Initially I had some difficulties, but then we managed to explain ourselves.
The Italian assistance is proving to be very helpful towards me and has assured me that it will bring the machine back to its original performance.

Very good HVAC product factory

Very good HVAC product factory. In my country, (Poland) but there is a problem with finding a professional service - the Hoval service came to my city Mielno 300 km and all the way - from Poznań - local professionals (the Baltic coast) could not do it.
