Scammed my daughter into 24 months…
Scammed my daughter into 24 months contract, paid it all off, now can’t reach customer service over phone for weeks and also mails are not replied for weeks. Invoices are coming 😃 what a scam eh? How do I get out of this trash? I recommend to avoid at any cost, there are better alternatives available in my opinion.

SCAM
The company lies about what you will get, the customer service never helps. They do everything to make you just pay off the problem instead of solving it.
They were kind of forcing you to buy something, and very difficult to cancel it in the end.
Don't trust Sosafe.

Same problem as everyone else
Same problem as everyone else. The contract is basically a scam. And you have to pay what 3-5 years before cancelling the contract. I do not speak Swedish so I could not read the contract but I was assured that I can cancel any time. BIGGEST BULLSH*T “company” ever! Shame on you. I will be taking legal action as they refuse to cancel or refund. No personal empathy towards just legal student who was still in school! I hope the company workers kids are pulled into the same scheme so the parents can suffer

Avoid!!!!! Company that makes a living of keeping important information hidden from buyers
@sosade international It seems you Farsta Centrum sales person do a good work of mis leading young people by giving or not given information that the contract they are signed is binding for 24 months.
If you care to read the info about your company you will see a pattern that people that work in Farsta Center have a pattern of lying to customers.
For future customers!! Avoid at any cost.
