17 day turnaround not 5 days
I selected houzecheck to complete a RICS survey for a Help to Buy redemption figure and needed it done quickly. The company said they would complete it in less than 5 days. The surveyor arrived promptly was polite and professional and completed the work and left. Was impressed and it was completed on a Saturday morning and he said it would be ready in a few days. Its been over 17 days and the report has just arrived. It has delayed my house move and other than polite emails the service provided was very disappointing. This company quite clearly sont provide fast reports.

Good survey but far too many pages for printing
As many people I prefer to read things from paper not from a screen.
This document is 101 pages long. A high percentage of each page has no printing on it. What a waste of trees and my time standing beside the printer. I wonder whether you have given this consideration. Maybe you would if you were paying for the printing and postage.
