Once they get your money they don’t care, I paid for blueprints and a material list, I was told I would have the blueprints in a few days and the material list in a week, it has now been 13 days and I do not have the material list, when I call they give me the run around, claim that the experience is usually a lot smoother, so either house plans doesn’t like me and wants to make this difficult for me or they are just not good at their job, I would recommend going to another company that will do what they say rather than make you fight to get what you paid for!

That timeline is exactly what you told me 2 weeks ago when I purchased the plans, it is incorrect, I was told last week I would have the material list by the 27th, that was also false. I have spoke with yall multiple times on this issue and it’s now been 15 days and I do not have the material list that I purchased. I was told today that it would be another 2 or 3 days.

Michelle was great to work with
Michelle was great to work with. Everything she mentioned to me were in the plans and some. I am very happy with the entire process. When the prints were pdf though it had a different model# and name of the house. I got a little nervous about that. It was over the weekend I foward the email to Michelle on Sunday she replied first thing Monday and let me know that is the house. She also let me know that once the plans are sold and processed any questions to let her know. Thank You Michelle!!
