We chose the gold vein compact laminate and it looks amazing in our new kitchen.

The best thing about this company is their customer service. I ordered 3 x 3m lengths of iroko worktop. The delivery did not go well. Customer Services responded to my complaint very kindly, apologising for my experience, refunding half the delivery fee and sending me a complimentary pot of Osmo oil for the worktop. The actual worktop looks great now it is in situ. My only complaint would be that there are a few rough areas. I opted to add 3 coats of pre-oiling at £226.80. Apparently the rough areas are due to an absence of sanding between oil applications so they will need to be sanded and reoiled for a perfect finish.

Very happy with the quality of the service received from HoW. Needed support to make a few changes and the process for doing this was excellent and they were happy to assist where needed. Delivery was well timed and being able to track on the day of the delivery was very useful. All in all, very happy. Would recommend.

I'm seriously thinking about installing compact laminate worktops.
I contacted House of Worktops and conversered with Ramya.
He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and courteous.
On comparison to the big DIY outlets, House of Worktops is the best option imho.

Even though I haven’t fitted my worktops yet I was really impressed with the process from ordering to delivering. Communication throughout was excellent and on the day of delivery was down to the minute. Men very pleasant and successfully secured the tops in the house. Thank you.

this is a great company great customer service.. really good when ordering a complex shape worktop which arrived perfect according to specs.

a slight issue with the 20cm block beech shelves with cradle type brackets.. mine didnt fit into the bracket and i had to plane off 4mm from each shelf as well as cutting 45 degree rebates on the lower edges.. suggest check your current stocks.. consider providing slighly more narrow shelves if provided with this bracket

Great experience, tracked the order to my door, guys that delivered them brought them in to the house & put them exactly where I asked them to. The worktops themselves were cheaper than I was originally going for & the quality is good, however there are a few blemishes on the worktops, nothing major though

Ordered 3 samples of woodblock worktop.
They look quality enough.. the worktop will be very heavy 41mm thick. Packed up well and a decent size to evaluate colour and texture. £5 for 3 samples and delivery. I shall be ordering worktops shortly.
Tracking delivery was easy and informative until it came to last time when it should have arrived. A little late and everything disappeared off screen. It did arrive all good

Ordered a sample worktop. Unfortunately it seems like the courier made no effort at all to deliver. Contacted House of Worktops who immediately responded and arranged for a new sample to be sent. Looking forward to receiving this and hopefully ordering worktops for new kitchen.

Really fast delivery on three very different work tops to help us see what was possible. Also great for testing out scratch and heat resistance. Excellent service and great follow up.

Great site, easy to navigate, we found samples we wanted to get it was easy to order them and delivery was quick.

We bought compact laminate worktops for our kitchen and utility. The worktops and upstands have exceeded our expectations. It was brilliant that they also did longer lengths.
Our kitchen fitter commented that they were the best compact laminate worktops he had fitted. They were easily adjusted, edges were easily sanded and we added grooves to a belfast sink area.
We had to contact the company due to an error on our part and staff were quick to respond and adjust order at last minute.
Overall would highly recomend using this company.
