Absolutely impressed with my interaction with Aaron . Had an urgent request for a small piece of compact laminate worktop . Tried everywhere but this is the only company that sold 1m length x 69.5 depth saving me money and avoiding waste . When I called and explained it was an urgent order , Aaron arranged for express delivery as it was a small piece . Fitted beautifully next day by my fitter which saved me another day’s labour cost too . You really made my day - true professional with can do attitude and super friendly too . What a gent

Excellent service from HOW. Have two massive walnut worktops using as a large gaming desks and very happy with the quality and service from order to delivery. Would definitely use again in the future but I think these worktops will last many years!!

Made an order on line, really easy to do. Great contact. We had a very small problem which was dealt with extremely quickly and to our satisfaction. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and friendly.
The delivery was quick and the lads were very efficient.
The work tops are fantastic. Beautiful iroko wood and look amazing in place. Very good value too. We are very happy and would highly recommend House of Worktops.

Easy ordering process and good communication! Delivery took a little longer than I originally anticipated but that was my fault for not paying attention when ordering. But wow was it worth the wait! The 12 mm black Matt compound has been fitted now and we’re over the moon. Easy to template, cut and fit and it looks so sleek! Love love love it!

I ordered a compact laminate worktop which arrived with visible scratches/marks beyond the protective film. Unfortunately, the issue only became fully apparent once the worktop was being prepared and cut for installation, at which point reversing it was no longer a practical option.

I contacted the company and provided photos, but their position was that the worktop is reversible and they would only offer a 5% refund as a gesture of goodwill. I found this very disappointing, as the product was supplied as new but arrived damaged, and I do not feel that 5% properly reflects the condition of the item received.

I was not asking for a replacement, as this would have caused further disruption and cost, only a fair partial refund to acknowledge the damage. The response felt dismissive and the compensation offered was, in my opinion, inadequate.

Overall, I am disappointed with both the quality of the item received and the aftercare. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to order again.

Really helpful guidance from Ramya. Knowledgable and providing alternatives. I’m at the initial stages of considering compact laminate over quartz but you’ve shown it’s definitely the way to go for me.

I ordered a large light oak worktop and opted for the 5 oil treatment and radius edges. The order arrived within 10 days and the quality and finish is absolutely beautiful…Thankyou so much. I would most definitely recommend to anyone who is a little apprehensive about ordering on line.

This company was recommended to us by the person fitting our kitchen. They were well priced, easy to deal with and the worktops looks lovely. We haven’t had them fitted yet but just looking at them, they look great. Great delivery and fast!

The sales staff were helpful, samples were of a good quality and size which enables you to make the correct choice if undecided. Slight mix up with the delivery date, however this was rectified without fuss. Worktops look great. I went for the compact laminate.

Most beautiful oak worktop purchased from HoW. I collected and they were really accomodating and helpful throughout. It was so nice I returned to buy the matching oak shelves. Its actually been used in a workshop, not a kitchen, and it delights me everyday

So I have looked for a worktop for our new kitchen, house of worktops had good choice and attractive pricing. I have ended up ordering twice from them as we needed more worktops in the end. The quality was spot on and the material was just what we needed, delivery was as described and even a bit earlier than stated on delivery info. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for decent worktops.

I have had 3 laminate worktops and 3 upstands delivered within a week of my order. They are very good quality and look amazing in our new kitchen. We had 1 faulty upstand that was replaced quickly. The delivery guys were great being very efficient. I am very pleased with the service that I have had.

The best thing about this company is their customer service. I ordered 3 x 3m lengths of iroko worktop. The delivery did not go well. Customer Services responded to my complaint very kindly, apologising for my experience, refunding half the delivery fee and sending me a complimentary pot of Osmo oil for the worktop. The actual worktop looks great now it is in situ. My only complaint would be that there are a few rough areas. I opted to add 3 coats of pre-oiling at £226.80. Apparently the rough areas are due to an absence of sanding between oil applications so they will need to be sanded and reoiled for a perfect finish.
