Scammers!!!!!!
4 months waiting and 60+ emails and yet still no items received
Refuse to refund and ignore requests for information
Parcel tracking shows item hasn’t actually left their warehouse but yet they refuse to do anything
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift ordered on 9th Dec 2025
Absolute scammers and thieves !!! Avoid!!!!

An update, they finally responded and told me to send it to an address (no pre-paid postage provided as per their refund policy)

Sent it to them, it was received on 29th January and still haven’t been refunded. Awful awful company

Fake item received

Terrible customer service.
6 suits ordered and one pair of trousers missing. 6 weeks later still no sign of the missing pair or a refund
Do not get back to you when you e mail and online chat never responded to

Not received. No response after 4 emails.
And my disabled sons hoodie for christmas. I'm devastated and disgusted.

Just a follow on from my last review. This is now been proved to be a scam company. Anyone stupid enough like myself check on their registered offices 207 Regent Street London and you will have proof this is a scammers paradise address that pay £24 to use the address as registration. Google the address and the warning is there. It is used for over 400 scammers. PLEASE BE WARNED!

Order 2 Ben Sherman polo tops cost £100, on 30th October. Waited till 8th Nov didn't receive anything. Tried to fine a phone number, no luck.
Found chat portal been on that, said items were resent last Wed 13th Nov. Now 20th Nov still not received goods 😕 😒 😑
Now asked for money back, how long will that take I wounder!!!!

After being let down by another suit company 2 weeks before my wedding House of Menswear had most of the items I needed in stock. I messaged explaining the importance of the order and had good communication throughout the process. The items were delivered in time for the wedding.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Absolutely horrendous company - Max (probably not his real name...replied to my several emails over the last few weeks saying he's sorting the refund due back to me because he sent the wrong item BUT you get nowhere with him - it's utterly pathetic. I have reported him and thankfully have had a great outcome with my credit card company so I no longer need to deal with this scammer!!!

Really happy with my order! Great quality and was delivered super fast also.

Never got the item. Had to sent 3 emails before I got a response. Item was for a wedding and left me with not enough time to arrange a replacement. When I I chased the refund got an unapologetic response. Never used this company before and will avoid in the future.

I never received my order! They have taken the payment. I have emailed them but had no response

Order didn't arrive on time it was for a wedding and despite promising next day delivery after 1rst complaint then stating I would have a refund the shirt arrived the day after the wedding by recorded delivery after I had purchased another now have shirt I don't need and no refund as promised won't be shopping again with this company
