Two beautiful Chinese inspired pots from Florabelle took my eye on the House of Isabella website. The Cherry Blossom planter, and the Tang planter have both taken up residence at my island home, now resplendent with maidenhair ferns. I mention island as many online sellers will not deliver to my island. Well done House of Isabella! QLD

After perusing all that was on offer for a spot situated near to the front door area of my house I spotted the
small Acorn Finial and immediately ordered and paid for it. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was delivered and am very pleased with it too.

Well the product first of all, is simply beautiful. I purchased two very nice duck egg lamps (very Japanesey) but one unfortunately was damaged during transit. Upon notifying Jennie within 24 hours, she immediately went about to send me a replacement. Communication and professionalism stands out from several other suppliers and I will be back to purchase our next items! Cant wait!

since my 1* review about my broken lamp i have to say things have really looked up. Jenny really went the extra mile to replace my lamp - despite me moving house in the middle of the process

Jenny was super efficient to deal with. Contacted me to advise there was a delay from the suppliers side and offered me the choice of a refund or a new delivery schedule. I chose to wait for my table. So glad I did. Such a beautiful table, delivery went smoothly and communication was on point! Love this store and the range of products offered. I contacted the company and they were incredibly prompt in contacting me, within 5 hours on a Sunday, and then 24 hours later they provided options of solutions. This is impressive. They've kept following up as well, so despite the problem, I would recommend them. I have been told there is a reason for the smell, though the previous exact same rug I bought did not have it. Even so, I am impressed by their customer service. The 4 stars is only because I don't think a rug should smell after one month.
The carpet smells, at first we thought it was of rubber, but then we realised it's a musty mould smell. We've had it more than a month. The smell goes and then comes back with a vengeance. Will have to contact the company but don't know what response we'll get as we threw away packaging and it has been in our living room since we bought it, as we were hoping the smell would go.

I was very happy with the service and the product from the House of Isabella. Despite a delay in the first place which was communicated to me with an offer of options, the coffee table arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be more happy with it. It's beautiful. Thank you to Jenny for letting me know progress.

It could have ended in tears but it didn’t. I ordered my bird and all seemed well. Package was intact when arrived and appeared to be securely packaged until I opened it, removed the packing to find my bird had broken off his perch. Disaster!! I contacted House of Isabella and was assured all would be well. Sent them a photo of the poor disconnected bird as requested. And within a short time had received a replacement!!! All safe and sitting proudly on his perch. A happy ever after ending …

The courier had delivered my packages to the wrong address, House of Isabella customer service team did not hesitate to send through a replacement within a matter of 24 hours. This was amazing customer service and going that extra mile for client satisfaction. Couldn’t recommend this vendor more. I received the initial order however and vases and flower stems were gorgeous too.
