This Company I would have anybody in a heartbeat to choose that requires a late family member property that requires emptying and cleaning for probate purposes. They were very professional and efficient in what they do. The man Alfred will come out and have a meeting with you first and understands that this is an emotional and stressful process for the family of the deceased to carry out. They take the stress out of doing it yourself especially when I live in England and my late mother property was in Scotland, which can be hard as you do not live and work in the same area as my late mother. Having used Alfred and his team previously for our aunt's house clearance, we had no hesitation in returning to them, this time for our mum's house clearance.

We called for a complete house clearance after the death of my Dad. 5* doesn't do justice or comes even close to Alfred and his team for their professionalism, compassion and standards of work and cleanliness.
The updates provided by photos and videos via Whatsapp from Alfred were daily (job was over 3 days), informative and much appreciated as I could see by those the respect they showed to the family home and Dad's personal belongings.
An extra thanks also to Damian, Dan and Hamish for a job well done and leaving the house in a very high, professional standard ready to be photographed by the estate agents.
Also it's great to see a lot of items such as furniture being passed onto to charity - such a great way to do things. Dad would have been pleased.

I honestly cannot praise this company enough & wish i could award more stars. They went above & beyond not only clearing but also thoroughly cleaning 4 bedroom detached villa with garage & shed when the job was completed. I cannot begin to describe how cluttered & messy this house was with 46+ years of clutter & mess. Damian, Dan & Hamish are the guys who did this job so amazingly & the boss Alfie visited the property regularly & kept in touch regularly via text with updates & progress photos which was a great help, he is friendly whilst remaining professional & we had no worries at all in entrusting this company with the property. This was not an easy job, certainly not one we as a family could have or would have tackled as there is only myself & my husband, but this company did brilliantly & made a very stressful time for us much easier. We are more than happy that most if not all of the items are donated to charity too. Very efficient, friendly service from office staff and removals team (Dan and Daniel). Did exactly what was needed, great communications and would recommend.

Would recommend without hesitation. Our job included a house clearance and a partial removal - the team started very early, used the keysafe to get in, kept us informed of progress via photos and videos and were extremely helpful and professional. Alfred also visited the premises that we were moving a sofa to, to check access etc in advance. On the day everything went like clockwork.

From start to finish Alfred and his team made the process easy during a difficult time. I was kept informed each step of the way. Once emptied the carpets were hoovered and cupboards wiped down. I would have no hesitation in recommending House Clearance Scotland in the future.

Alfred checked very carefully what furniture was going and what was remaining. His communication is excellent - he checked access for the vans and texted a reminder of date and time a couple of days in advance. The men, Damien and Daniel were already at the house when I arrived. They worked diligently and respectfully and very efficiently to get the work done. During my initial discussion with Albert, I told him I thought he had priced the job too high - after all, it was only half a house he had to clear. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was a great deal. As well as carefully dismantling furniture, they had to load it carefully in 'types' of load as they had to make several stops to unload the furniture to different places before finishing for the day. Hours and hours of work. Thank you Albert, Damien and Daniel. We couldn't have done it without you!
