It was just a blatant upsell, rather than an easy registering of applicance. Having commissioned based staff dealing with it, is not a good experience.. couldn’t say no thank you enough times.

I had a booked repair however

I had a booked repair however, this has been rescheduled due to issues with service personal. my Biggest concern is that we as customer's are asked to provide all details of the faulty product we have. This includes details like make, model, date purchased and supplier. and what we believe the issue to be. but when the the appointment day comes, the operative, checks and then says I will order the parts. would it be cost effective to have some spare parts on the van, relevant to the item needing the repair

The registration process was smooth and…

The registration process was smooth and efficient.
Unfortunately, getting a shelf to replace the pointless, useless and impossible to use wire frame (suitable for bottles only, and a handicap if trying to use for anything else), was quite a project.
I eventually received a replacement after a few days but it came as a piece of glass only, WITHOUT the re-enforcing profile strips required for fitting to the front and rear edges of the shelf. I finally received these strips only yesterday and am now in the process of re-arranging my new storage capability and beginning to appreciate my new fridge/freezer ! 👍
