Untrustworthy and straight up a scam
They fully charged and made reservations for valentine's day.
But out of nowhere they cancelled my booking.
They mentioned in 10 days I have my money but 10 days passed and no money.
Already sent a lot of emails with no answer. Just an automatic reply when I write them out of office hours.
Do Not Use is a scam

My experience has been cancelled without any explanations by hotelbreak AND, so far my wallet is not showing the money back - This is a 200€ lost, not explained.

The client service remain silence after 2 emails.

I made a booking for valentines day and the company cancelled my booking out of nowhere and are now not responding to any of my attempts to reach them. I am 250 euros out of pocket and do not know whether to make new plans for what is only a week away. Awful service.

Just got an email telling me my reservation is cancelled. For no reason.

Simply unacceptable customer service and faulty info/functions on website.

We have contacted customer service to help us with amending the name on the booking. We were said it was not possible, but surely as in every customer service platform they need to have internal system with reservations.
Made other requests and questions to find a solution to our issue but customer service agent was just replying abruptly and ignoring some parts of the requests.

Also to make the experience as gift is an option on their website but it doesn’t work when clicking on it - come as an error.

Same for chat function, it says for chat click here and chat with our team - doesn’t work.

Also it says you can contact us on our social platforms Facebook and Instagram - when clicking on it, doesn’t work.

Very poor website and customer service quality.

Had a lovely morning in the spa. However, the pool temperature was too cold and the Finnish sauna wasn't working either. This was a little disappointing.

We did have a relaxing time and this was what we were looking for. Would return but would probably spend more time there to make it worthwhile ( had to leave early due to personal reasons).

We had to pay the full price when we arrived at the hotel, but we already paid an amount before on the website.

Fantastic day well worth the money - food was exceptional

Lovely to use the beautiful cold pool for €15 plus a cocktail . Staff helpful , facilities clean , fantastic views from the hotel of Grazalema white village and the mountain scenery.

Wife cancelled reservation. They charged her account anyway. And then they "offered" to return the money to her "Wallet". Not a company I would recommend.

First and last time I’ll use them!
I bought a SPA voucher for my friend’s birthday. I confirmed the date and the email and they never sent the email to her.

When I contacted customer service, they weren’t helpful at all , they didn’t provide any solutions so I had to sent the confirmation email to my friend and she never received the personalized birthday email with my message on her birthday day.

The lunch was very poor, food isn’t tasty and there is no variety. You can’t imagine food like this for 4 start hotel.

Quality of the pool area is very poor.
