Clean and cosy apartment
The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities available for my 3-week stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and iron. It was situated in a quiet area, far enough from the noise, but also close enough to walk to the city centre, which was just what I needed on New Year's Day, when there were no buses available. The host also gave very clear instructions on how to check-in and check-out, and even dropped me a message to check how it was going while I was there. Very personable service (:

Room Key was not allocated at the designated locker. We had to go to another hotel to collect the back up key.
This created anxiety ,frustration and extra costs.

It’s a good elegant flat
It’s a good elegant flat in a convenient place. There were problems with kitchen equipment and the front door which I believe have been corrected. It’s really needs a microwave!

Easy information to follow to get into apartment wrt keys & access codes. Lovely place with all the necessary amenities. Great location - close to Cabot Circus mall & busses.
Instruction manual for apartment - some parts weren't explained well/outdated, but figured it out eventually.
