We Stopped at this appartment for my wife's birthday. And the appartment didn't disappoint. It was beyond what we expected. STUNNING. Immaculately clean, spacious and well appointed.
It is in a great location. Very quiet and within easy walking distance of the docks, attractions and the city center.
A great host to deal with and excellent communications.
We would love to stop here again in the future

Spacious, clean and fully equipped kitchen.
Nice little back garden too,parking right outside, walking distance to a lovely little pub, eateries in the other direction, and near a bus stop into the city Centre! Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Brixham, cottage in a central location, ideal for a couple for a short stay. Few little bits in cottage could do with some maintenance other than that perfect.

Staff were Helpful on the phone when called had a few issues finding the place and getting in .

Flat was a great space , perfect for our stay .

Needs a little love , cupboard door could easily be put back on , and huge tear on the sofa could be taped .

Comfy beds , perfect area to explore Bristol , safe and secure parking was great.

Could only access bbciplayer on the Tv so was limited to what we could watch /listen too .

Would definitely stay again . Overall good experience.

A comfortable, well equipped and stylish property. The host was very helpful and communicative. Parking is in short supply around the property, but the host made it very easy for us to park with no stress.

The location of this property was great, with easy access to the lovely harbourside and North Street in Bedminster. The free parking permit for the area was a great extra touch and much appreciated. It was lovely to have the opportunity to chill and cook for ourselves in the evening as well. The property itself was great for the 2 of us in terms of space, however the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
There was a strong smell of damp throughout the property, particularly in the bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom had a strong smell of possibly cat urine, with a stain on the carpet which was a bit concerning. There were some loose hairs found on the beds too and the pillows were like sleeping on bricks, they were awful. I have to say that the mattresses were very comfy though. The shower curtain was covered with damp mould which wasn't too pleasant to look at. There were some old pieces of frozen leftovers, I assume from a previous guest, in the freezer in the kitchen. We were also extremely lucky to enter the property when we did as the kitchen tap had been left running low with the plug in so the sink had nearly overflowed. The radiators could also do with bleeding and perhaps looking at as they were incredibly noisy, and the boiler in one of the bedrooms came on around 6.30am and scared one of us half to death!
Overall, the property itself was great in terms of location, space and convenience, but could really do with a deep clean, more attention to detail and perhaps some updating.

The property was well presented, perfect location.
The property is on raised steps, with a slight incline, not suitable with someone whom has walking difficulties.
Kitchen utensils i.e saucepans, if you want to cook they could do with replacing.
But over all the property for us was really good

Beautiful 3 bedroom house ideally located to visit the town.

The location of the flat was perfect, we had a very comfortable stay. There were a few issues with wifi connectivity and the flat was missing a few things which would've made the stay more convenient, like tea towels and oven gloves but apart from that it was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prompt replies to all queries.

They did solve our issues (heating and TV) during their working hours.

Amazing location, comfy beds, loved the mezzanine bed (real bonus), quirky hideaway. It is noisy but had totally expected that due to the location and ear plugs were provided (thank you!)

Everything was fine, the flat was charming and cosy and had everything you needed, however, getting the key was a real scape room.
We arrived at night, we could not see anything and it was raining, we spent almost an hour trying to find the key and we called the emergency phone, the guy who answered the phone did not explain well and gave the feeling that he had no idea what he was talking about, just read the same indications we had, which were insufficient and not clear at all.
It was when Marta sent us a photo, by email, of what we were supposed to be looking for that everything became clearer. We believe that explanations should be given with photographs so that we don't waste time looking for the keys. On the other hand, there is a noise like an engine that can be heard all night long, a bit annoying.If it hadn't been for the odyssey of looking for the key I would give it more points.

Great location in the heart of Bristol! Only a few steps away from bars, restaurants, events etc. Clean studio apartment with everything you would need for your stay. Despite being on the high street it is very quiet and hidden. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Will stay again!

Everything went perfect! the place was awesome, the area also. Super good communication with the host who was very helpful!

There were maintenance issues on the property, and there was a general state of poor quality. Both the wi-fi and TV were not functional during my stay, with no explanation.
The property is in a good location, but with poor management.
