I've had a server through Host Havoc for over a year now. It's only for me and a friend that want to play games together. We play games until we beat them or get ready to move to a different game and i've had nothing but good experiences with this company. I've used a couple of other "well know" server companies and their support and service doesn't even come close to Host Havoc. We've rolled through at least 8 games if not more and the support team is always so helpful swapping games and if there is ever an issue it's handled right away(pretty rare and usually my fault). HIGHLY recommend going with this company for all your server needs.

Out of many hosting services that I have tried, this one is the best. Even when some other may offer some extra features when it comes to the hosting panel.. I still choose Hosthavoc.. the reason is simple, the support is great, the communication is perfect. Its crazy how fast they reply at any time of the day and professional.

Honestly the best hosting service I've used. It's very affordable. We have a 40 player community and our costs don't exceed $30. Their documentation for new users is available and easy to understand, and the support team have been nothing short of excellent whenever I have had to contact them. Quick responses, quick resolutions. Exactly what you want.

Since moving to this host, we've had minimal issues. Most of their systems are user-friendly once you get used to them, and support responds the second you blink. They have been nothing but direct, informative, and helpful. The server has ran practically without a hitch at this point.

I feel Havoc, and every other host, and who knows how many other websites would benefit from more user friendly support tickets, however. Frequently having to refresh them for each response, and having to scroll to the bottom - away from the last messages to reply is inconvenient in my eyes.

The support response time was positively unreal. I had some questions about porting a local server to the Havoc server. I was up and running quickly!
