These guys are unbelievable. If you hate messy interfaces,or a sloppy server UI, this is the highest quality one ive tried in 10 years. The server quality itself is excellent and modding is very easy and responsive. To top it all off customer service is also the best I've ever had. 👌

As always, when customer service is needed, which is rarely in my experience, the team is on top of it getting my players back into the game in no time. Thanks Taylor and Zack!

Had an issue with my server, tried everything and couldnt figure it out. MF Ian.D from support cruised in and showed me the fix which was the most simple thing that made me feel like an absolute idiot.

10/10 customer service deserves better pay for having to deal with me.

Servers also pretty good price to slot/performance ratio is good and havent so far ran into any server side issues except my own stupidity.

I have been using Host Havoc for a few years now, every single interaction with Support has been top tier! I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a response and they have always been able to resolve my issues extremely quickly!

The UI of the control panel is intuitive and robust. The server quality is as good as you would expect it to be.

Customer support is prompt, insightful, and polite. I just had a great experience with them helping me to setup forge and add some mods on Minecraft that my son wants. I truly couldn't have done it without them.

Shout out to Lou P. who not only fixed my issues, but walked me through it so I could learn how to deal with mods myself in the future.

Ian personally added hexxit updated to the server files for me without me doing much work at all. Get this dude to the top of the company he truly cares about customers and is very timely.
