Asking me for a tip at the end is disgusting.

This company is a scam! After cancelling my subscription, they shipped me a 6-month supply of the product several months later and charged my credit card without my permission. When I contacted their customer support, they claimed they never received an email from me cancelling my subscription, and refused to allow me to return the product.
The reason I cancelled in the first place was due to the product be ineffective. It does not do any of the things that are promised on their ads or website. Total scam and waste of money.

I’m not really seeing or feeling a difference, continuing until used all products.

Starting 3rd week, no weight loss at all and negative effect on mood. Waste of money. Bought 3 months :-(

The process is quick and simple. The explanations are easy to understand and there were no lingering questions left as information was properly provided. There is also no excess reading, simple and to the point.

BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam with hidden fees around every corner. First they automatically sign you up for some wellness challenge that you never agree to and then start charging you $19.99 a month without your approval. Then when you try to cancel they try to get more money out of you to “lower their costs” It is probably in the TOS because legally they have to put it there but try reading that thing and find where they will be charging you all these extra. Also the product was nothing more than a multivitamin that I’m not sure did anything. I noticed no difference at all after 3 months of use. Can not stress enough…DO NOT BUY.

It was easy to use for someone that doesn't have the greatest computer skills.

This company is a scam, plain and simple. They sign you up for a subscription even if you never clearly agreed to one, then charge your card without proper authorization. When you try to cancel, they attempt to extort even more money from you just to stop the charges.

They advertise “cancel anytime” on their website, but deliberately hide the fact that there is a cancellation fee. This information is buried deep in the Terms of Service at the bottom of the site, where most people would never reasonably find it. Only after contacting them to cancel do they suddenly point to these hidden terms.

This is deceptive, unethical, and predatory business behavior. Avoid this company.

This is a scam company. They don't honor their 30 return policy and they charge you as an automatic shipment customer even though thats not what you signed up for and wont refund the money they steal out of your account and I just found out they were charging me 19.99 for some wellness challenge that I had no idea about and when you try to contact them you get automated responses and nothing resolved. Stay away from this company, other reviews say the same thing

I would give them a 0. They dont mention it is a subscription just one option to purchase then they send you an email saying you have a subscription. Then they say you have to pay extra to.cancel the scription. Its nothing more than a scam

I made a purchase. About 10 minutes later I got a fraudulent notification from my credit card. Hormify immediately attempted 5 additional charges on my credit card of varying amounts within 20 minutes. Even as I was speaking to my credit card rep, they were still trying to get charges to go through. I couldn't stop the initial purchase as it went through and was "pending." I contacted Hormify and requested cancellation and refund less than an hour after purchase. I got a "we understand, so you can renew at 30% off" the next response was "45% off" so I've been sending requests everyday since. I will dispute with my credit card co tomorrow.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would, nothing short of a scam. They clam money back guarantee/ great customer service and all they do is scam you and continue to charge you for things that hidden small text fees and lie about anything you can actually see printed on there website, don’t do it cause a subscription surly is not going to save you any money when they keep charging you. SCAM!

Shipping was quick. I'm just a few weeks in so I havent seen any changes yet, but I am hopeful!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a three-month supply after reading all the positive reviews and decided to give it a try. After two months, my weight had increased and my menstrual cycle shortened to 20 days, despite being regular for years. Once my cycle became irregular, I stopped taking the supplement immediately. At that point, I accepted that it simply wasn’t a good fit for me.

When I went online to cancel my subscription, I was surprised to find I had to pay an additional $33 just to cancel. I emailed the company to explain my experience and asked if the cancellation fee could be waived. I did not request a refund.

In response, I received lengthy emails implying that the weight gain and cycle changes were my fault, despite the fact that I hadn’t changed my diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle. This supplement was the only difference. I then asked for a link to leave an honest review on their website and was told that reviews could not be submitted there and that I should instead share my concerns via email for them to “handle.”

This raised several red flags. Even if the product works for some people, the way a company treats its customers matters just as much, and this experience was disappointing.

Hormify is amazing. I have been regular and my hotflashes are completely gone. I recommend this to everyone.
