Regarding billing, certain Hormify orders include a discounted physical supplement subscription, and some also include an optional digital wellness program offered with a free trial that renews if not canceled. Whether an order is a one-time purchase or a subscription is disclosed during checkout and reiterated in the order confirmation and follow-up emails. Renewal reminders are also sent prior to any subscription charge and include self-service cancellation instructions.

Our subscription pricing is discounted to support longer-term use. Under our Terms & Conditions, if a subscription is canceled before the second charge, an adjustment may apply to account for the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard retail price. If a subscription is not canceled before the first renewal, that renewal is considered part of the original commitment. All future renewals can be canceled at any time.

The subscriptions associated with this order have now been canceled to ensure no further charges occur. Our support team remains available to review any account-specific questions and provide clarification directly.

Your Hormify purchase included a 14-day free trial to the Wellness Challenge, which automatically renews into a paid subscription unless canceled beforehand. A renewal reminder with clear cancellation instructions was sent 7 days prior to the renewal. Our system confirms the email was successfully sent, though delivery can sometimes be affected by mailbox filters outside our control.

We did not receive any contact or cancellation request before the renewal, which is why the charge was processed in line with the subscription terms agreed to at checkout. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, renewals for digital subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.

That said, the Wellness Challenge subscription has now been fully canceled, and no further charges will occur. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is always available to help.

Our subscription terms, including discounted pricing, renewal conditions, and early-cancellation rules, are clearly disclosed in our Terms & Conditions, which are easily accessible from our homepage and during checkout.

The initial order was placed at a reduced subscription price, which is confirmed in both the order confirmation and tracking emails, along with the automatic renewal details. Subscription discounts are offered to customers who intend to continue beyond the first shipment. To protect this pricing model and prevent misuse—such as subscribing at a lower price and cancelling immediately—our terms require paying the difference between the subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price if cancellation is requested before the first renewal.

In this case, no renewal charge or second shipment was processed. The amount paid simply converted the order into a one-time purchase, after which the subscription was fully cancelled, and no further charges will occur. The price to cover is proportional to the supply bought; if you've covered $60, it was a 6-month supply.

We understand that subscription policies can be frustrating when overlooked, which is why this information is clearly disclosed at checkout and reiterated in post-purchase emails. Self-cancelation links are included in reminders about the upcoming charges. We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to clarify how this works.
