Founded in 2008, Horizon have quickly gained a name for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through our rapid response to customer needs. Our business was born out of recognition that there is much more to providing platforms for hire than moving pieces of machinery around. I ordered a spare gas bottle on the first job and it never got delivered, the 2nd hire a FLT was delivered with no gas. so not the best start tbh . I had to deliver one from my works.

AMAZING SERVICE
I have used Horizon for many years now. I do not hire many machines, but when I need one, they are always on hand to assist with a second to none service. Their response time to requests is fast and accurate. I had an urgent repair come in yesterday which, for my client, seriously effects their operational needs, Gavin ensured I had a cherry picker and a scissor lift on site this morning, pre 9:00am which meant that we have completed our repair for our client by 11:00am. This has minimised disruption and costs for my client!!

Left in a bit of a pickle when a scissor lift we was using for an install broke down (provided by another company) Rang at 1pm and our new Horizon scissor is with us a 3pm, excellent customer service! Thanks again Becky!

Great service
I currently have a peco lifter on hire that became faulty, I called Horizon and they had a engineer here on site within 2 hours, the lifter could not be fixed on site but a new machine was ordered to replace the damage one by 2pm the next day.

Outstanding company, the machines from Horizon are always first class, we never have any downtime due to breakdowns which is important in our business.
The entire team are beyond helpful, we wouldn't even entertain another company regardless of cost
