Founded in 2008, Horizon have quickly gained a name for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through our rapid response to customer needs. Our business was born out of recognition that there is much more to providing platforms for hire than moving pieces of machinery around. I always get a quick response
I always get a quick response. I have been reluctant to use Horizon in recent years due to hidden charges and a couple of failed/late deliveries. I have been delaing with Amy Harrison over the last few months and it has been agreed the 10% damage waiver is removed as we have our own insurance and I 've not had any delivery problems.

The cherry picker was cross hired
The cherry picker was cross hired, a well used 2013 HR17, This broke down on the second morning (Sunday) managed to speak to GTA Stoke manager who just said "I don't know what you want me to do" as the picker was blocking the main traffic roadway through the factory I needed it moving, fortunately Megan (I think) from horizon was a super star and got an engineer to talk me through the fault and I repaired it on site, the machine has an intermittent fault where the fly boom will lower but not raise

Absolutely sensational service from Horizon Platforms. I cannot thank them enough highly . Over the years in liaising with Horizon a valuable member staff is Darcy Cooper. I'm ever so grateful to her as she is fantastic person and very dedicated person who has helped me in working my project with our client projects. She has provided a excellent in services with valuable knowledge and world class service .
I hope the business owners of the company Horizon should be proud of their staff and look into increase their salary's with loyalty and passion that of their staff bring into this business .
I would like mention to Customer Experience Advisor of the business is Darcy Cooper in providing solid customer service and excellent communications with very dedicated strong work ethic meeting the essential deadlines of my projects at Amberstone. I highly recommend using because of Darcy Cooper as core of the business in Horizon Platforms. I would suggest that is very important that owners recognize their dedication and hard work at company. Darcy Cooper is vital their business and in my projects as I cannot thank her enough and her team as she has been class at her role. if weren't for Darcy Cooper my projects wouldn't have been completed without her help and for our projects.

Great Service
I dealt with Gav and the communication is always great. Quote was sent over with a quick turnaround, order was processed quickly and order confirmation was sent. The parts were delivered within the window and over was a great service with no issues.
