I had three broken bottles that arrived but customer service agent Trudi is not helpful. She gives me 5 euro for my next order... How does a website expect me to order again if my first order already had broken bottles?

Trudi says its normal.. they sell beer and it arrives broken... Well.. don't you have to send the broken beer bottles again as a replacement? What a dumb website. I will never order here again.

The delivery service failed to deliver the shirt to my address. Send an email and got a refund within 30 minutes. Great service!

I ordered 3 beery Christmas for me and my friends over a week ago and still waiting. I asked the customer service at DHL why it takes so long and they said the package has only been pre-registered but not actually delivered at them. I tried emailing and calling HOPT, but so far no response. By now I will be really drunk in 1 night to get back on track with the advent calendar, if it even arrives before Christmas. Very disappointed and will most likely not order again.

I am very disappointed with my experience with HOPT. I ordered a beer subscription for my husband as a Christmas surprise. I followed every step advised on the website, created a profile that had all MY contact details, paid 168E and all the confirmations (including all the payment details) were sent to my husband instead of me ruining my surprise. I called the customer service 15 times today and even though I called within advised hours there was absolutely no response. I am very frustrated and disappointing - Christmas present is ruined now and there seem to be no answer from HOPT whatsoever. I really cannot find more words to emphasize how it ruined a carefully planned surprise.

When the parcel delivery service messed up and my beer subscription package for January went missing, they immediately sent out a new one, no questions asked. I am one very happy customer!

Great selection, hard to find beers tend to be cheaper than my local shops.
