Extremely disorganised and no accountability
Extremely disorganised and unprofessional. I was asked for the same documents, deposits, and information 3–5 times by different people, even after signing the contract and already living in the property.
When I faced a serious emergency (complete power outage), their lack of coordination was unacceptable. There was no sense of urgency, poor communication, and constant delays. They failed to contact the right people in time and even tried to shift responsibility onto me to resolve issues that were clearly theirs — even though it involved building infrastructure I had no access to, and they themselves did not even know who was responsible.
I had to call more than 10 times over two days, and in several of those interactions the staff were rude and dismissive. I was made to feel humiliated while trying to resolve a basic emergency.
To make matters worse, after I sent a detailed complaint requesting compensation for financial losses, the only response I received was a brief apology — followed by yet another request for documents that had already been provided multiple times and are clearly stated in the signed contract.
It genuinely feels like there is no internal system, no accountability, and no one taking ownership. A very stressful and disappointing experience.
