My experience with Hone was mixed. I went in thinking treatment would give me lasting long-term benefits, but I later realized the testosterone increase from medication is generally only while you are taking it. My testosterone was not extremely low to begin with, and after starting treatment my estradiol increased, which caused me concern.

In my opinion, unless your testosterone is truly low, especially under 300, I would first focus on basics like a high-protein diet, weight loss, strength training, better sleep, and getting full labs through your primary care doctor before using a subscription hormone service.

Hone may be helpful for some people, but for me, I wish I had focused on diet and lifestyle first instead of starting medication.
