Called up and spoke with Jonathan. He was very helpful, I had issues getting my broadband back online but after a short call with him I was back up and working.

what made my experience great was the fact that i was talking to someone and not a robot and that person was english . it was so nice and easy to set up and understand and your operator a guy called tom was very easy to get along with and made us feel comfortable .

Home unity have since reached out and taken onboard feedback about their incident management. Their customer service team are very friendly and always willing to help. The mentioned they should be implementing status updated into their website in the future.
Previous review:
No incident management! They do not provide any status checkers and leave you without communication for a long time and do not provide updates online in the event of an outage. As I work from home and my partner manages the internet account, I couldn't access any updates to manage my work day, this is extremely impactful.
I regularly checked Home Unity's website through the incident and there was no information or updates visible.

Just joined Home Unity after looking online at other available OFNL providers. Tom was friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions and went through all details fully. Most importantly for me, those at Home Unity aren't pushy like other sales agents can be at other providers. Super speedy set up, up and running in 2 days! Never been connected so quick. Straight out of the box this morning and we’re live, Thank you Tom!

Tom was unbelievable from the get go. I messaged via WhatsApp to gain some information on speeds etc and Tom quickly advised the best package for me as oppose to pointing me in the direction of the most expensive. Gave me all the information regarding mbps per device I’d be using. Great service and has even got me set up within a couple of days. Providing the speeds etc live up to expectations I’ve 100% made the right decision. Having a direct contact and not having to go through a call centre abroad is a huge plus. Great work Tom.

After unfortunately dealing with many other different providers with even one provider cutting us off without any notice and reason.. no other company was willing to help us due to an issue with open reach and the line with the house. All the large companies kept declining our order leaving my elderly family member with no house phone or broadband.. with one phone call to home unity all my problems were taken away and for once I was finally being listened too and had someone there to help us!
I can’t stop saying enough good things about Jonathan who in my eyes went above and beyond for us and put the time in to help us! He did all the follow ups with openreach and finally we were eventually back online! For once dealing with a company who actually kept to their promises and always got back to me with regular updates and quick fixes to any issues. Jonathan then kept me updated with when an upgrade could be available to which he did and now we got that arranged.
People are quick enough to judge and complain but never quick enough to show appreciation and thanks for when companies do go above and beyond and care for their customers! The quick simple support using WhatsApp as well makes keeping in contact so much easier!
With again massive thanks to Jonathan and the team, you’ve been a great company so far to deal with!
