Recommendable
They were the just about the only supplier to offer a 6 month contract in my area. Friendly real people. Could have been a little more precise for setting up. They probably sent a couple too many emails.

New phone contract for elderly parents
Today, I switched my elderly parents phone contract over to home unity and had impeccable customer service from Jonathan Tree. He explained everything and suggested varying ways in what is the best way forward for my parents needs regarding their phone usage etc. The chat service via the WhatsApp is brilliant and Jonathan rung me to go through things rather than merely continue via WhatsApp. His mannerism, patience and courtesy was fab. I dealt with home unity in July when my husband and I switched over and Jonathan alongside someone else assisted me then with our package. So pleased home unity are also a uk based company.

Moving into a new build property…
Moving into a new build property on Thursday this week so only have access to OFNL. Decided to go with HomeUnity as they had the best reviews and all call centres are UK so makes communicating with them easy. Spoke to Allan who was really helpful.

Tom dealt with us, no extortionate charges. They charge a reasonable charge for connection, if you factor that in over the 18 month period, the price is very reasonable. Don't be fooled by all the rest on your list of suppliers, home Unity is the place to be. Go for it.
