The ability to quickly check availability and price for a number of different properties was much appreciated, with a range of locations on offer at the time we plan to go, the hardest part was choosing which one to book.

Payment by credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) was not possible due to „technical reasons“.
Customer service promised to forward problem to the responsible department.
Since then never heard from them.
Hence we were forced to pay the full amount via Klarna - payment split is not possible by this mode of payment …

Website FAR TOO COMPLEX Is it a scam?
Very unclear, still not sure if it’s booked. VERY limited payment options & unable to ask questions. Would NEVER use again. Have tried to find particular chalet elsewhere so can abandon this awkward and unhelpful website, not even sure it’s real and not just scamming my credit card?
UPDATE - thank you for this reply but you have still not answered whether the accommodation is actually booked or not? I have tried paying and have a demand to pay but the payment isn't working. Is the booking now cancelled? I have emailed your help line with urgent twice yesterday, there is no 'online chat' to get support immediately that I could find? I cannot go ahead and book elsewhere if as you say I have 'made a contract to pay' but neither can I get any of my credit cards to be accepted by your site - I entered payment 3 times / 2 cards hence the worry you are just scamming my cards!
UPDATE 2 - email now received that the booking can be cancelled as neither of the only two payment options offered are working for me (despite using both credit cards on other items the same day). Property looks good but very awkward booking service and only received reply after complaining through TrustPilot. Have experienced much better service on other travel booking sites.
