I was unlucky enough to buy a house where Homtec had fitted a number of Bi-Fold doors. They refused to transfer the warranty despite the doors being barely 4 years old. (Mar 2021) Since moving in I have had 2 locks fail resulting in large locksmith bills and one of the panes shatter for no reason which shouldn’t happen on good quality glass. I have also replaced the remaining windows in the house and I am very glad I didn’t use this company of this is level of quality!!
The previous owner put these in so they have not transferred the warranty despite what they claim!

The service throughout, from initial home visit, order, survey and subsequent installation carried out with care and expertise.

Hometec kept us up to date with developments around the instalment due to issues with some glazing.
The two guys doing the work were excellent.
We are totally satisfied with the finished product.

Absolutely thrilled with our windows. The workmen did an amazing job, very prompt and tidy and even when there was a slight issue with one window they addressed it and was sorted promptly so ensure they left it perfect. Can’t recommend them enough - from start to finish was 5 star service.

Door and windows

Russel arrived promptly, standard of works to repair hole in bathroom tiling, was flawless. Russel was courteous and informative, when the operative Russel had completed the required works everything was left clean and tidy

Great service, surveyor was prompt to do survey. Pricing and quote was clear (snd good value compared to competitors). Installation team were prompt and very professional. Delighted with the end result and how much more light the new patio door brings in!

Hometec has made a new window frame and delivered to me,just because I found a small fault which could have been rectified. The first frame was scrapped and the new window will be installed tomorrow.
Am happy and would recommend Hometec to others.
