Even when faced with challenges involving a third-party surveyor, James demonstrated genuine care and professionalism, taking the time to provide guidance and reassurance.

Daniel was absolutely brilliant from start.
Nothing was too much trouble.
He was supportive and professional through the whole process and I have ended up with my dream home which I didn't think it was achievable.
Dan was realistic and honest. He spent a massive amount of time ensuring that I was getting the best deal and explored a multitude of lenders.
Couldn't recommend Dan enough.

Remortgage

Recently renewed our mortgage as previous deal was expiring. Whole procedure from initial consultation to completion was made really easy. Daniel was brilliant explaining each step and keeping us informed as everything progressed. Daniel listened to what our needs were and found a deal that matched, and has overall saved us a lot and made a huge difference for us! Massive thankyou and we will definitely be in touch when we need to renew again. I would 100% recommend Daniel’s services.

Andy from Homemove was very helpful and…

Andy from Homemove was very helpful and professional in finding a removal company that would help us move house.
Three polite and strong men from the company Albert Myles came and made this move as stress free as they possibly could. They were extremely accommodating and did not waste any time in loading and unloading our belongings.
They were very careful in handling our items and were respectful of the new property, ensuring nothing was left dirty.
Considering the 2hr45 min journey and the fact they took everything (as long as there was space), they charged a very reasonable price.
Extremely efficient, punctual and professional - I would highly recommend!

Efficient and Great Communication!

Homemove were great and efficient in arranging my Homebuyers survey. From initially requesting their services, they were at the property in 7 days carrying out the survey. The detailed report was then sent to us 2 days later.

The communication was great throughout and their AI chatbot was really useful. I could use the chatbot any time of day and get the required help and information I needed. I’ve never seen a chatbot respond as well as the one utilised by Homemove.

I would recommend Homemove to anyone and would definitely use them again!

Hugh's service was outstanding

Hugh's service was outstanding. He was thorough whenever I needed advice and prompt when returning calls or answering queries. He assured me of the price point and directed me to trust pilot for reviews.
I initially believed we would need a level 3 survey but after talking to Hugh it was determined that a level 2 was sufficient for our needs, no upselling occurred which was quite the contrary considering my experience with other surveyors. Hugh took the time to assure me when I needed it, was patient and didn't rush the sale. I was sent 'mock' surveys so I could further make the correct decision and when finally ready to proceed, stayed on the line until I was confident the transaction was complete. Amazing customer service!
Once the survey is complete and the report received, I will write another review for the surveyor.
Shoutout to Megan who booked the company, she too was awesome!

Valuation & HTB redemption

I used homemove for the valuation for my HTB redemption and this was completed promptly. I then went on to purchase the conveyancing services through homemove to manage the HTB redemption, however when I later realised that I did not require these, homemove were swift to issue me with a refund.

Do not use for moving !

While all the people I have communicated with have been lovely, the moving service they offer is terrible. I had to continually chase them to receive a full quote, and not just an estimate, and when it came back it was nearly double what the estimate was and my moving date was days away. They also tried to change the moving day, which was not possible on my end. Overall, this has been an incredibly stressful and frustrating process. I could not recommend them for your moving needs.

Daniel Webster CeMAP Senior Mortgage and Protection Advisorfrom TMG online

As I started to try and obtain a mortgage at the age of 79, following the sudden death of my wife, and the realisation that I needed to buy an inexpensive property rather than continue paying out a large rental for our bungalow, it soon became obvious that I needed a Mortgage Advisor. One of the last things that my late wife and I had done together was to look at a little cottage on the edge of the town where we live and we had decided to try and buy it.
I was very fortunate that the first firm that I tried was TMG Online and the first advisor was Daniel Webster. He went to endless lengths to find the right mortgage for me and helped me by interceding on my behalf when the estate agent entertained a second offer after his client had accepted mine on the grounds that he did not believe that I could possibly get a mortgage at my age. Daniel was able to obtain an agreement in principle from Livemore which saved the day and then assisted me with the necessary application forms which have resulted in an offer from the Bank.
Daniel Webster has been with me all the way since I started the process. He has encouraged me when things looked difficult and helped me to keep a focus on getting a successful result. I shall forever be grateful to him for all his help and advice and I have no hesitation in recomending him to anyone looking for help in this area.

Great Home Survey in Quick time

I booked a home survey which was done within 10 days and provided me a very thorough report. This enabled me to discover that in spite of estate agent assurances, £10,000 was required to cure damp issues. Thank you I had a lucky escape. First class service.
