If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute crooks, avoid this letting agency at all costs. All too happy to take advantage of vulnerable and international students. Paid for the pleasure of renting a room in a mouldy, slug-infested shared house with mushrooms growing in the bathroom. Agency "maintenance" absolutely useless. Left the house in a cleaner state than when we moved in and they still tried to take the security deposit for "cleaning" costs. Absolutely disgusting.

absolutely outrageous they came i property without asking also not given money back i have never dealt with such horrible scam agency !!!we even have cctv to proof we only used it for storage they wanted 100 pounds to use the cctv as a proof ...still not got deposit and still not got money back from the date they changed locks for us to come get our stuff do not go rent with these.also they very rude 😒

AVOID HOMELETS AT ALL COST my son answered an ad for a room in a shared flat. homelets let him sign a tenancy agreement despite knowing someone was already living in the room. he was forced to pay rent for 8 months for a room he never lived in. AVOID HOMELETS and joint tenacies with several liability.
