Terrible experience from start to finish. Gabi who organised the initial viewing was dopey beyond belief, having a conversation about the room and booking a time/date available to view and then calling the day before to check a detail to discover the appointment had not even been booked. Crazy un-professional, how on earth can you trust people like that as landlords. Guy was sketchy from start and appeared disorganised with everything he did. Did not get good vibes from him atall and the property was dirty/not presentable on viewing. Avoid

It's a nigerian scam, don't deal with him.
Advertises rooms on spareroom as investment street, takes a refundable holding deposit, fools around with references, and never returns the deposit back.
Avoid him.

Overall: untrustworthy, break their word, will ignore you once you've moved out and very slow to pay back your deposit.
BAD:
Took over 6 wks to return deposit, not 10 working days, and no interest was added as required by law.
Can't calculate correct pro rata rent.
Won't forward mail despite agreeing to, as they didn't give me enough notice to vacate before mail redirection takes effect.
45min late moving into the property so had to pay moving van extra when I was on time and kept them informed.
Given unusable newly cut key so I was locked out for 3hrs on first day back from work.
GOOD:
Generally quick to fix issues like broken down appliances but it was their fault as they let out a flipped house where 5 major appliance failed in 1st month.
Cleaning of communal areas is reliable.
Arranged fire safety inspection of smoke alarms, etc.
