I asked for the delivery to be urgent and you certainly fulfilled that, ordered Sunday and received today! Posyage was free and the wallpaper much cheaper than anywhere else. I was also contacted bia text as the house number was missing from the address, brilliant service, thank you!

I came across Home Image Direct by chance whilst looking for a specific wallpaper.
There were options to purchase from other well known high street DIY brands, but the prices seemed a little higher and as it was delivered direct from the supplier the lead times seemed a little longer.
When I found the product I wanted on the Home Image Direct website at a lower price than those larger DIY competitors and I discovered it was in stock in their warehouse, I took the plunge and placed my order. The order was processed and dispatched within 24 hours which was certainly fast enough for me. The rolls of wallpaper I ordered all look great (no damages) and are all the same batch number, so I'm very happy with my purchase.

Customer service was great. I ordered patterned for a feature wall and matching plain for the other walls. I was told there would be a delay as there were only currently mixed batches for the patterned. I asked for the plain to be sent straight away as I had a decorator booked. Hamzat made sure it was sent, then when the patterned paper came into stock he ensured it followed without further delay or delivery costs. Very happy with the product and service.

Order was delivered quickly and wallpaper great quality for the price I paid. The paper went up well with no bubbling. I returned the leftover rolls and received a refund as soon as it was received by them. I would 100% use this company again and will recommend to friends and family.
