Not used Decor supplies before and now wonder why.Quick acknowledgement of order followed by phone call after I made an amendment.Very helpful -thanks Dave thanks for the advice as made one of the papers work perfectly! Will 100% be using again!

This has to be the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time (Thank you Emily) The order was despatched incredibly quickly. Unfortunately it arrived water damaged so we had no choice but to refuse the delivery . I emailed Decor supplies straight away and in less than an hour the replacement order was packed and ready for collection by the courier. You really cannot get better than that.
Also the prices are really good. Will definitely use them again.

After running out of the wallpaper I bought from a different company and them being unable to supply the same batch number, I had to look elsewhere to try and source 2 rolls. I made enquiries with another company who told me they supplied it straight from the manufacturer and could not tell me if they could get the same batch number - I asked if they could contact the manufacturer to ask and was told to put in a request via their website and if they could supply it they would! I wasn't overly impressed with that response so did not put the request in.

Next was an email to Decor Supplies asking if they could supply the batch number I needed. Cue Dave who replied quickly, explained they do not hold stock as it comes straight from the manufacturer but told me he would call them when they opened at 9am to ascertain if they could supply them. As promised Dave got back to me telling me they had 2 rolls from the batch number I required and that he had reserved both rolls for me. He provided me with instructions on how to place the order and the relevant comments which had to be added with the reservation number. I placed the order, again Dave responded quickly telling me he had received it and that he had arranged for the rolls to be delivered to them for onward transmission to myself. A further email confirmed they had been despatched via DPD.

My first email to them was sent at 7.30am on Tuesday and I received the delivery at 2pm on Thursday - super efficient!

By far the best customer service I've had ever! I felt like nothing was too much for Dave. 5 star service.

Had been looking for a wallpaper supplier for a while and came across Decor Supplies whilst scrolling through the internet.
They had the wallpaper I had been looking for and at nearly half the cost of other retailers. I placed the order with them on Sunday and received the paper 3 days later on Wednesday. Fantastic prices and quick delivery,
Would highly recommend.

This company is excellent.
I was looking for wallpaper for my dining kitchen and came across the company on ebay.
Asked initially for a sample sending, which arrived really quickly. The paper was exactly what I wanted, so I then placed my order, this also arrived very quickly.
Everything from start to finish with this company was spot on.

The Staff are very helpful and I have purchased wallpaper from them on two occasions and both times they have been professional and knowledgeable about their products.

I purchased thirteen rolls of wallpaper for a room makeover, choosing this company because they offered each roll for £90 instead of the £96 at Jane Clayton. Unfortunately, this was a big error. I ended up with three unused rolls, and they refused to accept a return—which I overlooked in their return policy regarding wallpaper. Had I gone with Jane Clayton, as per my usual choice, they would have accepted unopened rolls back within their return period. With more wallpaper to order, I've learned my lesson. It's quite frustrating to have almost £300 worth of wallpaper that will not be used. I won't be shopping with them again and would advise others to consider other options as well.
