I am writing to share my exceptionally positive experience with Homehold and LLS regarding my recent lease extension.

I cannot list sufficient superlatives for this company and associated solicitors. After a disastrous and expensive mistake by previous actors which resulted in the lease extension application being declined, we landed on Homehold. Now here was a whole different story. Homehold (and their legal team LLS) dealt with our lease extension. I knew from neighbours that our freeholder was going to be difficult to deal with so having researched fully I opted for them as they offered a full fixed fee service. They were extremely professional keeping us informed of progress at all stages and alerted us to the fact that we needed to amend our lease plan which they were able to deal with for us.
They also prepared for us to go to tribunal when it looked as though we were going to run out of time due to the freeholder’s solicitor being unresponsive. We did not actually have to go through with this thanks to the team’s persistence.
