Breach of guidelines
New roof
Excellent new roof. installers appear to have done good job with roof. Disappointed with completion though. Removed my $4000 gutter guards and left them on the ground. They said they wouldn't fit back on after new roof. Two managers agreed and said it wasn't the company's job.
I went up on the porch roof and they hadn't removed one section on the back though. I installed 2 pieces on the porch and they fit fine but being 73 and a disabled veteran I couldn't put them back and didn't have ladders or ability. Collected the guards up and called leaf filter to reinstall them but cost me $400 out of pocket. Leaf filter took less than an hour and replaced all the screws they had thrown away.
UPDATE. Manager contacted me and took care of the expenses very quickly. Roof job is fantastic.

Thanks but no thanks apparently
I got a call from Home Genius Siding on my cell phone. I don't recall reaching out for an estimate, but I have been googling vinyl repair. I answered the call which I don't often do on unknown numbers. The woman asked me about my siding needs, I told her I only needed one piece of cracked vinyl replaced, and she said sorry thank you and hung up on me. I realize it's a small project, and she certainly isn't the first to not want my business, but for starters I didn't ask for a quote and secondly to hang up like that without even explaining that the project's too small or anything else is just extremely rude.

Replacement windows from 1950s original…
Replacement windows for 1950s original windows -entire house -36 windows. HGE was great to work with from start to finish from Sales to Install and everything in between. More importantly, they had the quality windows I was looking for at a price I could afford. Very happy with my new windows and HGE!

Home Genius Exteriors came to do a siding job on my home, the crew got here and got right to work! The job was done in a matter of two short days! And the crew was very impressive. They took their time to clean up around the house as the job progressed, and even after did a walk around to assure cleanliness. The project manager Angel Martinez was very communicative and was absolutely kind and was available for answering any questions I had! Thank you to Home genius for my new siding!
