Loving this portable treadmill . Just sufficient for my needs . Shame the instructions were in Italian ? Thankfully easy for a lady to assemble .

ALWAYS use two persons to lift it!!!
Firstly the delivery chap had a slight struggle unloading it from a high platform, on his own.
The outer packaging was pierced, approx. 50 mm circular.
It was extremely heavy, not for a single person lift.
Fixing together was not easy, the top left hand screw fixing is NOT fully secure, the threaded holes in the handle system does not line up correctly with the upright staunchion.
However, I am glad I purchased it, as it operates very well.

Great value for money
Great value for money. I have only had it for a month now. I do find the treadmill i got is still a bit noisy despite being advertised as one of the quiter ones but im not too bothered by it as i usually use it with my headphones on. I also have found that the speed isnt as accurate as stated. 6km/h is actually more like 5km/h.

The treadmill was not working and there…
The treadmill was not working and there were missing parts. I was told that they can take it back and deliver a new one ONLY if I had the packaging which I didn’t. It’s a shame to treat their customers like that. They could charge me for the packaging and I would be fine with that. Now no treadmill no money no options to buy a new one!

Received a faulty machine after…
Received a faulty machine after spending almost 2 hours putting it together following instructions. They check out videos I sent confirming its put together right and a faulty machine and yet refused to give a full refund..I lost £70 with the partial refund they offered.. and then had a faulty machine to get rid of.. Il definitely be buying elsewhere in the future !!!

The Q8 treadmill is falsely advertised 3hp motor however, it is only fitted with a 1hp motor!! Avoid!!

Product was not good fit for our…
Product was not good fit for our requirements. Wanted buy other higher model. They don't provide any support in terms of courier for return or exchange. That puts us in worst and highly costly situation for it.

Product is just what I wanted, very reasonably priced with no delivery costs, easy site to navigate and order and delivery was great. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Home Fitness Code.

Low quality products and bad customer…
Low quality products and bad customer service. Received a faulty item, documented with photos and videos and the company refuses to respond to my emails. I have filed a dispute with my bank. Do not purchase this low quality, made in China garbage.

Great product
Great product. After use, wished I had bought the one with hand rail. Checked the website and found out that I could not add one to the unit, and no free standing ones were available to buy. Had to purchase one on Amazon, shipped from America. A missed upsell for the company but no real problem, so would still highly recommend :)
