100% good service

Brilliant indoor bike very easy assembly for myself .
It folds away nicely and does not take up any storage space .
I use the bike everyday to build up my arthritic knee and believe me it had improved massively..
Very highly recommended 👌 I love my bike..

They sent me the instructions in Italian
Machine is ok so far.

Really impressed with this walking treadmill. It feels really sturdy and it is easy to move around. We use it in an office with a stand up desk.

The product is excellent, especially the spring type..safe to rebound ...good quality and good price too.

Product arrived damaged, all customer service could say was it wouldn't effect me being able to use it and couldn't seem to understand that it's unacceptable for a brand new item of any value to be damaged. They eventually offered a partial refund which I accepted because they clearly weren't going to give me a replacement like I wanted but I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
The treadmill itself does actually work perfectly and I love it, it's just a shame it's covered in scratches

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Home Fitness.

I purchased a walking pad less than a year ago, and it has already developed several faults. The belt constantly moves too far over, meaning I have to manually adjust it after almost every use. It has also started making a loud rattling noise when in operation.

I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but the only solution offered was a discount on another purchase, which I did not find acceptable given the circumstances.

This has been very frustrating, as I enjoy using treadmills and expected a much better level of quality and aftercare, especially within the first year of purchase.

Overall, a disappointing experience.

I would have given five stars but for one thing. Sadly, a holes for the locking bolt one one side off the arm rest does not line up. As a result it is not possible to use that locking bolt. Just as well the one on the other side is perfect.
Other than that this appears to be a good product.

Delivery on schedule and packing more than adequate.
Some confusion about where the various bits and pieces go, especially the screws ad there is nothing that is threaded for them. Seemed the instructions were for a different product.

The rowing machine is very well made and easy to use. It was delivered very quickly and although a little difficult to identify the screws and bolts to assemble it, if you lay the all items out and number them, it's much easier to assemble. A good sturdy machine and a good price.

The instructions on how to use the product were totally useless and I've still no idea how to program the vibration plate so haven't been able to use it. The instructions may as well have been in Chinese for all the good they are.

Really please with this walking pad. It heavier than I thought would be but compact enough to store away.
