Loft Home Essentials SCAM COMPANY…
The Wuzutech Robovac X did not ever work. I let it run over my floor for 30 minutes; it kept going over the same piece of dirt over and over and it never picked it up. The price was low. If it seems to be too good to be true, it probably is. The BBB gives this company an
"F" grading and warns that Loft Home Essentials, Home Essentials Direct, and Home Essentials are probably the same company suspected of fraudulent business practices.
Every review said the same thing about all this company's "products" and practices.
Mine was only a waste of $100. I threw it in the garbage.
Please be careful
No 1 fraud.
No 1 fraud.
They sent u cheap and random product..No return policy and no customer service...
Robovac x
I ordered a robovac x which cease to function after the inside plug fell off less than 2 months after receiving it. I tried to reach out to customer service with no answer for weeks! I finally got hold of them and they told me the 30 days warranty is done so nothing they could do!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Portable cordless pressure washer
They just sent some random damaged parts on the name of product. No customer support abailable where you can talk as they know what they are supplying. They have just invested in creating a nice website to lure customers. For 2 months, they are trying to refund money as they don't have spare product to replace :-D.
In the name customer service they have a whats app chat box where they will respond as per their will and that too is a one way communication channel where they will just say we have refunded money. We have been asking for refund details which they are unable to provide as they don't have any.
We don't have options here to provide screenshot else we would have shared that also.
They are just running a spoof website and company where they have no genuine product to supply.
I recently ordered a dinner set that
I recently ordered a dinner set that, upon arrival, appeared to have been previously opened. This immediately lowered my expectations, and unfortunately, my concerns were justified. The set had noticeable defects, including lumps under the glaze—issues that should have been caught during quality control. Clearly, no quality control was happening.
I returned the set and reordered the same product, hoping for better quality the second time. However, when the replacement arrived, the very first item I unpacked was a bowl with chunks of glaze missing. Once again, I had to package everything up and return it.
Frustrated by the poor quality, I decided to leave a review highlighting these issues, specifically mentioning the lack of quality control. To my surprise, HomeEssentials rejected my review. I tried submitting another review with similar feedback, and that was also rejected. After a third attempt was rejected as well, I wrote yet another review, but I’m expecting it to be rejected too. It seems that HomeEssentials doesn’t allow negative reviews, which is disappointing and raises concerns about transparency.
Bought a 3 pack of Wuzutech robovacs…
Bought a 3 pack of Wuzutech robovacuums, including the 9.99 per robot warranty that is supposed to be good for 2 years.
First robot died at 3 weeks. Would not charge or turn on. Decided we would return all 3 due to poor per performance.
Home essentials customer service was good about refunding cost of dead Robovac. Would not process return of the other 2, but would allow a refund of 20% for those. Barely acceptable, but better than nothing.
Second robot died at 7 weeks(we run then 2x a week). No return it refund for that one because it was after the 30 day return window.
Still fighting them to get warranty service thru the 2 Year warranty we bought. Exceptionally slow response.
UPDATE: 20 Dec. Received email reply- offering a complimentary (free) replacement Robovac for the 2nd one that died. Although not specified it appears this is the warranty resolution for the one that quit functioning after the 30 day return window.
We'll see if they follow through.

I ordered a round Toto toilet since space is a concern. They ship an elongated toilet. I had no easy choice but to accept the elongated toilet and exchange the toilet seat. I ordered through Amazon.

Stay away from this company
Do not do business with this company I purchased two Robovacs and they did not work as advertised at all. the packages had been opened and probably returned by someone else when I asked to return them they tried to give me discounts repeatedly and tried to sell me different products instead. do not do business with this company they claim to be a small American business, but my credit card had an international charge on it meaning that I paid somebody overseas. They are crooked to the core.
I both the robo vacuums also
I both the robo vacuums also. They did not work and I had repeatedly to return them. Finally returned them myself and still have not gotten a refund. They have had them for almost two weeks. I have reached out multiple times and have not gotten any response.
I bought two robovacs
I bought two robovacs. I did not like them. The dust trap was far too small. I called to return. First they tried to give me a 20% discount. I asked for a complete return. Then they tried to give me a credit card for other items at Loft Home Essentials. I finally had to get American Express to intervene. Avoid this company.
Thank you all for the reviews as I…cancelled the order
Thank you all for the reviews as I ordered and after 15 days I cancelled in knowing that they are fraud
I wish I could give this a 0 star
I wish I could give this a 0 star. Our order number 52049 for "flexible silicone water blocking strip" was placed on July 08'24.
To date there is no confirmation of when the product will be shipped.
I think they are only interested in usurping the money.
"Home Essentials" invite fraud
"Home Essentials", a subsidery of JD Williams or jdwilliams.co.uk make fraud from scammers possible. They allow new customers to create a credit account using a delivery address that is different from the billing address (scammed) I have just been scammed by a scammer that created a credit account with them and placed a high value order using my address and name, presumably hacked from somewhere! Luckily, JD Williams/Home ESSENTIALS smelled a rat canceled the order and wrote to me to replace the order or contact them. I contacted them and spoke to an agent in South Africa! He could NOT delete the account because although I disclosed the customer number stated in their letter they wanted my personal details which I was unwilling to disclose. I received an unsolicited letter from an unknown "company" who I had had no dealings, giving me a number to call them! JD Williams/Home Essentials business procedures are poor, are fallible, promote and invite the ease of fraud using scammed or hacked personal details for billing while delivery address is an other. Their letter came from their subsidiary company HOME ESSENTIALS of homeessentials.co.uk
Very shocked by the lack of security with respect to credit account setup and effectively invite fraud. No doubt like banks and other retailers they bellyache about fraud and shop lifting. They, banks retailers etc., may bellyache but simply pass those costs and "losses" onto their customers. We pay for their relaxed systems. Yet I am certain that, when challenged, they all use, state and parrot like automatons the proverbial overused phrase .... "we take this matter very seriously". Really! After the catastrophic event, they then and only then take the matter seriously as a ruse "to protect the brand"! A well known pathetic fashionable behaviour.
Scammers they are
Scammers they are. I had a prepaid order dated 28th May which remains undelivered till this date.
They don't respond to email or sms.
I wouldn't trust them
Scammers!!!!
Scammers!!!!
Just like the current reviews here I to failed to look at this supposedly company.
I ordered 4 robovac from them. After long wait time for delivery I tried to operate one of the ridiculously cheap vacuums in a small sparsely furnished room. The vacuum would roll until it faced small bed post leg.The vacuum could never figure out how to turn away from the object and continue its path. The manufacturing quality of the vac is pathetic.
I told contacted these crooks about a refund. A email response was sent stating that I can accept a 20% refund and keep the 4 pieces of junk to distribute to friends and family members as gifts this holiday season!!
Other alternative is to ship back the vacs via USPS at my expense.
I can’t trust them to return items as they will claim they never received the return or they will claim damage on my part.
I believe this an offshore scammer that uses a USA Address for cover.
The return emails are always late at night from them, hence a different time zone.
I have been ripped off for over $300.
Please don’t anything from these scumbags.
